Was in drive-through when the “system” went down, but Jocelyn and Allison handled the situation like pros, they directed the line outside to come inside meanwhile processing the orders manually and in a speedy manner. Props to these girls. Oh and the food is great and consistent in quality.

I stopped eating here for a long time. Today reminded me why. The service was TERRIBLE!!! The food was cold and poorly prepared. Both of those are common themes that should not have moved to your brand new building 👀
Maybe it's time for some new staff to go along with your brand new building to improve the food and service 🤔

Very dirty location. Found black and pink in drink ice. The fill cup with 90 % ice rest drink. Even after I asked for no ice. Food was slopply put together. Frys were cold and had everything they drop in the dirty grease. I had eggroll pieces , curly fries, taco pieces. Very disappointed with the service and lady's attitude in drive through window. Would not remake the drink without ice.
Very bad service I visit this jack because it is close to my house but I have decided not to return because the service is very bad the employees are not efficient the orders are given wrong the line takes up to 20 minutes for them to move and many times I have had to I went to the window to take my order today I went at 5 pm and went to the window and there were 3 empanadas they opened the window and they reluctantly greeted me They closed the window and continued talking I went to McDonalds they served me very quickly what a shame they don't know how to value to clients ?
