Was in drive-through when the “system” went down, but Jocelyn and Allison handled the situation like pros, they directed the line outside to come inside meanwhile processing the orders manually and in a speedy manner. Props to these girls. Oh and the food is great and consistent in quality.

Very dirty location. Found black and pink in drink ice. The fill cup with 90 % ice rest drink. Even after I asked for no ice. Food was slopply put together. Frys were cold and had everything they drop in the dirty grease. I had eggroll pieces , curly fries, taco pieces. Very disappointed with the service and lady's attitude in drive through window. Would not remake the drink without ice.

I went order thru the drive ? thru, my food wasn't even hot at all, it was actually kinda cold the food wasn't cooked all the way, I ask for well done egg rolls and 4 tacos. The food was not cooked all the way, I've never had that happen to me before at that Jack in the box.
