A Worker

DO NOT COME HERE theres an employee there that you can smell all the way from the front, whole time i was in their vicinity I was seconds from vomiting so I ended up not buying anything at the jack in the box, I just cant imagine a restaurant that allows an employee to show up like that is in any way shap or for sanitary. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT COME HERE

Alexis was soooo sweet she dealt with my complicated order and was so sweet made sure my food was fresh and I heard her talking in the back to her coworkers she’s so nice and helpful to them! Y’all did a great job hiring her I work at jack in the box Waller as a shift lead, I believe she has management potential! Keep this good employee jack!!

We came to this location at 1250 and they stated they were closed. I am not sure if that is how business is supposed to be when you advertise you are open until 1 pm. Someone just came on the speaker and said we closed thank you good bye.

First of all, I ordered a jumble jack, a jumbo drink. I asked For easy ice did not receive an ice cube at all. Not one. I understand that’s excited 1° outside, but not one ice cube and Jack, you made fun of McDonald’s burgers, For being so small, that burger is so Little, almost by 2 inches roundand the meat is the worst. I will not ever eat at that Jack-in-the-Box or any jack in the box into I Know. It’s Better. Beef is disgusting. It was so dry. And it’s nothing, but soy. Me. So come on Jack. Do something about it. Now. Your burgers are smaller and you’re charging more money than McDonald’s. And then the beef is the worst. This is the second time I repeat myself. The meat is the worst and update that Jackie, a box. It’s over 30 years old. I would love for it to have seating outside, when it’s nice and cool. Drink my coffee with the with a piece of cake. You guys need to upgrade.
