Was looking inside they were making door dash orders, guess door dash is a priority instead of customers that are actually there.

I never normally have issues with this location, but my experience with them last night was not so great. Spent a total of half an hour in the drive thru, which is pretty ridiculous. Ordered tacos with no taco sauce, ended up having to go back through the drive thru line again to have them remade since they didn’t make them as requested. By the time I left the drive thru, the rest of my food was cold. I understand that they were busier than normal, but they were not running the drive thru efficiently - some cars were at the pickup window for in excess of 5 minutes. Instead of having those cars with large orders park their vehicles either in the parking spaces designed for this purpose, or to pull around to the front to allow the flow of cars to keep moving, they let the cars stay outside the pickup window to wait on their orders. I would have liked to have gone inside to be able to have my order corrected, but it was after 9pm and so the dining room/inside was closed. Instead, I had to wait in line behind other vehicles when I had already been in line - the guy at the window also didn’t offer any condiments to me, and I had to ask for the honey garlic sriracha that I had requested for my spicy chicken strips. I think he may have been new, but he did apologize for the mistake with the tacos. I don’t like giving a 2 star review to them, as they have normally done an outstanding job on prior visits, but last night was a pretty bad experience. This has been one of the better locations to go to, please don’t let this one go downhill like some of the other locations. Hopefully they were just having a bad night due to being understaffed.

I don't believe in leaving negative comments here but I will be calling their corporate office directly to further discuss in detail about my experience with this location.
Tonight 8/16/24 @ around 9pm the lady working here was so rude towards another young employee and even to my husband (customer). She appeared to have a bad attitude while scolding at the young man who was mopping the floor. I didn’t get her name but hopefully those kids working there quit and look for something better. Old people need to know when to retire. ?

Best service I have EVER received at any Jack I'm the Box was at this location! I'm originally from California so I've been eating jack in the box all my life,but THIS LOCATION is simply the BEST OUR OF ALL OF ANY JACK IN THE BOX IVE EVER BEEN TO, HABDS DOWN!
I'm a Truck driver and the store manager "BRENDA" is AMAZING! Very helpful, Very nice, totally Professional, she had everybody in the restaurant and drive thru smiling, and served quickly, and I WILL make it a point to stop and eat here everytime I'm in Houston!
