If I could give negative or zero stars I would. workers don’t know the difference between a chicken sandwich and a burger. Straight garbage jack in the box location and workers. Only got the fries right on the whole order. Gave us two wrong sandwiches/burgers and gave us a boba tea with the tapioca pearls from yesterday since they were like eating an eraser. I guess everything they serve is old too because the bread was hard as a brick and falling apart on both sandwiches. That’s 30 dollars and 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back

This was my 1st time eating at Jack in the Box. Though it was late well 8:45 pm, I think the food could have been slightly better and hotter.Many of the menu items were not available and the front counter person was all over the place trying to take care of the don't and drive-thru.
Great service. Javier made sure my milkshake was fresh. He went above and beyond. He's doing a great job. I will definitely be back!

This Jack In The Box was the best fast food experience me and my family have ever had. The women taking our orders made sure we had everything we needed, was funny and made sure we had everything from our food to condiments for our large party. Super clean, fast and as an added bonus the food was great!

This place is so unprofessional & rude to customers. They canceled my order on doordash & my family couldn’t eat what I ordered. I spent over 30 dollars & still wouldn’t remake my order I will be in contact with corporate in the morning to explain in detail because this was ridiculous

The manager at this place is such a rude person. As soon as you get on the speaker to order she has an attitude.. the first time she ever took my order I thought she was having a bad day but I recently went back and she had the same nasty attitude. I also see other people are reviewing the same thing about the manger so maybe it’s an issue that should be addressed and solved.

11/03/2023The night manger around 11pm is very rude and NASTY. If you do not want to do your job then QUIT.You have no reason to threaten my children with the police over your mistake. A manger is supposed to diffuse situations not fuel them. Do your Job lady, they waited almost 20 mins to speak with you.A receipt was no provided to them during any of their transactions !Food establishments should not be taking food back into the kitchen you are DISGUSTING. One employee gave them the food and the manager requested it back. It is rude to give someone something then ask for it back in anyway. A refund should have been given simply due to this situation.We would like to speak with someone higher up ASAP. This situation was very hostile and employees looked lost the entire time by the managers lack of involvement.THE FULL BALANCE HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID !
