Drive thur, the cashier ask me to back my car out of the window. Guess didnt back far enough becuase he motion to back up futher. I made a mistake stopping here. I did not only have the coldest fries and but the a cold burger too. I will never eat here again. I will think twice about all other JITB locations as well.

Worst location I have ever been to, food over cooked, service is horrible with extremely long wait times and employees have no efficient work ethic. I will gladly drive to a worse part of town to get quality food and service. Fair warning for drive thru customers, expect to be pulled up front and wait 15 to 20 minutes even if for two tacos. They pull every car to try to make the time seem accurate

The employees were asleep. Pulled to the drive thru and hold for a long period with no answer. the employee with deep sleepy voice answer that the system was down. We left because they seemed to be not interested in working.

Worst Jack In the box ever. I felt unwelcome before I even got in the door. Soda machine was not working right and was out of ice so I asked the guy at the counter for ice and he had an attitude about it.

There was a hair in my burger and the guy at the window literally took the bag back as I went to grab it. Weird! My fries and churros were greasy. This place never appealed to me but someone told me to give a try. What a waste of money! This was my first and last visit. Gross!
