Placed an order online, went to the drive to pickup and I got my food, when I got home I was missing two of my tacos and the utensils. I called twice and no one picked up.

Was waiting to place an order and no one took my order so I left. Poor service skills, the manager was on her phone while I was waiting and she didn't bother to help. The drive thru were getting their orders in and out while in the dinning area was lame. not going there anymore.

Jack-in-the-Box is way too expensive. That’s all there is to it. The staff was OK, the food was pretty good, but I will never pay this price for food again that’s supposed to be “fast food“ you’d be better off, going to raising canes or to Chick-fil-A for the price I had to pay.

They don't speak to you when you walk into the establishment, but just stare blankly. Then, when you proceed to tell them you're there for an online pick-up order, they act as if they're deaf or you ask them for $50 bucks. ??‍♂️??‍♂️Wheelchair accessibility: They have it available

I ordered on the Jack In The Box app and never received my order . I had to walk 30 minutes to the store just for them to tell me they couldn’t issue me a refund or remake my food , so I then had to pay a 2nd time which was very frustrating. I hoping this catches the right person attention because they were not helpful at all and I would like a refund . Not only did I pay for someone else to eat my food , I had to pay a second time in the process . I did it have my any options as I am on foot , so if someone would please get in contact with me .

Ive come here several times over thebyrs, but this morning, I just wanted to eat and was not looking for trouble, ran into a disgruntled employee at the window, didn't greet me or tell me the cost of my order, we sat at the window looking at each other, at that point I should have drove off, now I'm sick ? ? to my head, stomach and throat.The clerk had red hair I remember, ? I was waiting for an Uber out front of this Jack in the box. Didn't eat there this day.But I ordered the fish sandwich about a year ago. And it was very good hot and fresh.Y'all come shop my online store. Just Google "World Of ICEETHON" if I'm on vacation check back at a later date.Yeah this Jack in the box was very good a year ago. The staff at night time are very unprofessional. The lady in back on this particular night did not have on gloves while making the food and when we addressed it, the cashier lied and said she was even though we clearly seen that she was not. She also lied about what kind of tea was in our half lemonade/half sweet tea. We asked her if it was Fuze and she said yes. We then told her we wanted Gold Peak and she said it was (which was a lie). Someone needs to address this issue ASAP!

I ordered number 12 the chicken sandwich. It was too salty. I asked for no pickles. It came with pickles. Tasted bad. I bet the oil they used has not been filtered for more than a week. The girl at the window was not very friendly and I know she was violating restaurant health rules by having long fake nails and fake lashes that can be a hazard in this kind of industry

CREDIT CARD FRAUD:First time visiting and I almost pulled away before I decided last minute to get a receipt. The supervisor behind the cashier refused, said there was trouble, then it was the system isn't working, then it was I'll have to wait 45min for system to come back up, etc etc etc. She was acting weird so I kept pushing. Turns out "my" receipt was the other car's receipt who was behind me who spent $20+ more than me. SHE USED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THEM AND WASN'T GOING TO TELL ME.This is unethical if not straight up illegal. Supervisor is a young-ish skinny Hispanic lady named "Alexandra" or that's what she told me. Her audacity is incredible. Happened in early 2023.
