I went through the drive-through. Very hungry after all the airport drama. I really wanted some comfort food. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl and the teenager had the Garlic Parm Combo. The rice was a little too sticky and there was enough sauce. The Garlic Parm was just okay. The Strawberry Lemonade was not the buzness.

I had to use the restroom, but I was going to purchase something as well. When I got to the register to ask could I use the restroom because it was locked the lady at the register was very forceful and reading it's for customers she said are you going to buy something, I said if I need to I will. I would not have stopped if I didn't really have to go to the restroom badly but this lady was forceful and would not let me use the restroom until I brought something. I understand that there may be people who come who may use the restroom for other purposes but I really just had to go to the restroom. Very unprofessional customer service

Yesterday my family and i purchased from this location . we ordered 3 meals spent about $40 weeks had to keep repeating ourselves to the employee at the drive thru which wasn’t the issue . Although she sounded like she had an attitude every time we kept repeating ourselves to make sure she doesn’t mess up our order . We then get to the window she has an unpleasant demeanor hands us our food doesn’t say anything . By the time we get home we checked the food and our order was given to us wrong but was charged correctly . Which before handing out food they should double check the orders to avoid the inconvenience. My mom then goes back to the restaurant to ask for a new burger the lady very rudely shuts the drive thru window and doesn’t say anything and just gives her a refund. Very unprofessional behavior and no sense of customer service .

I always have the same problems at this location. Today at around 4:35pm I ordered a large curly fries. When I got to the window,the Hispanic lady told me the cost of my order. I couldn't understand what she said so, I asked her to repeat, she just suck her teeth and walked away. I just can't believe this type of behavior is tolerated at this establishment. She differently need some type of training..
