I always have the same problems at this location. Today at around 4:35pm I ordered a large curly fries. When I got to the window,the Hispanic lady told me the cost of my order. I couldn't understand what she said so, I asked her to repeat, she just suck her teeth and walked away. I just can't believe this type of behavior is tolerated at this establishment. She differently need some type of training..

I used to like it, I ate there often, but now I don't know what happened when I arrived with my family, the drain was open, it smelled bad, the floor was sticky, your flip flops would stick to you, there were leaks, I ordered a chicken burger and the chicken wasn't cooked properly, I said, "Hello, ma'am." What if I changed it and she said no, that's how the chicken was cooked with a bad attitude. She later told me it was the manager, what a bad example she gives to her employees. Then she gave it to me but only the chicken without bread without anything, bad service. The truth is I was disappointed and I won't go there again.

Also had a hostile attitude when taking our order, she ignored me in the middle of my order, to go and take a drive thru order. Today 6/25/24 Ordered from drive thru at 7:20 am . The hispanic lady wearing a gray shirt my order she is rude and had a nasty attitude and hard time taking my order and easy order 2 plain chicken sandwiches and 1 regular chicken sandwish, I repeated her my order 3 times got to the window she continued asking me rude what did I order, I repeated for the 4 time. I got to my house and the sandwiches were all regular not as I ordered plain I called the store they never answer, she did not give me a receipt. Is to early in the morning to be dealing with her rudeness.

Ms. Francisca and her team are excellent and courteous. Always professional and she runs a very effective and efficient crew. The whole team deserves recognition and a raise since this location is constantly on the move.
Totally disgusting ? I went by yesterday Sunday and ordered two ranch burger combos and to begin with, not even those came with the breasts, they were raw and the bread was caked on the bottom and only because my husband realized at the moment that theI was going to bite ??I don't understand how they can sell something in bad condition and the curli potatoes were pure rubbish, they didn't even have a complete potato, my mistake was not checking the order but my 30 dollars that I paid went to the trash for damaged food ?? ?

There were three tables that had not been cleaned off the 45 min that I was there and there was two guys talking on there phones so loud and we're not eating food from there they had taco bell food at one point one of the workers walked by and ask them if everything was ok I spent 46.57 and she said nothing to me or the others with me I will never go back there again .

The lady that was trying to take my order was having a very hard time , had a very hard time understanding what I was saying.My sandwich looked awesome and the fries were definitely delicious.I was shocked at the amount of condiments that were squeezed into this small sandwich. My first bite wasn't explosion of mustard, mayo and ketchup. Honestly simply overwhelming and disgusting. I think somebody in the kitchen got lazy and forgot about condiment portion.
