They supposedly ran out of large cups so the guy said he put on an order for x tra large cup of coke for 20 cents more i said that’s fine … but i get home and i noticed its more ice than drink . They’re such cheats

The ultimate cheeseburger was okay but the onion rings and the fries were not good at all. I am very disappointed. I know it was late when I went but if the restaurant is open for business no matter what time you go the food should always be fresh. I would have taken them back and get a refund but hey we're probably closed by then.

I used to frequent this place a lot! But after my last 3 visits in 2025, I can truly say this place has gone under. The service is horrible not to mention slow. You pay at the window and the tell you to park in front so the franchise owner doesn't see the long line on the cameras. Then you wait for 20+ minutes , jist to find out they forgot aboout your order because the were too busy making a doordash/ubereats order.

Once you get the food, its lukewarm at best, meanwhile you could have just gone to an actual restaurant for the same amount of wait time.

The employee took my receipt away on May 18th 2025.

They never give me any problems, which is why I don't understand why they have a timer to serve us when it comes to Drive through. No need to be doing any of that extra stuff that's my main reason for a 3 star let the workers relax a bit they do a great job already

Avoid this Jack-in-the-Box at all cost service is always horrible especially to people of color. I can’t wait until they change the management. It is very piss poor management. I went just now to order me some lunch on my work break. I was told if I ordered the five dollar meal I could not get double curly fries. It’s not allowed but clearly if you order on the app, you can clearly get double curly fries shouldn’t have been an issue, but they wouldn’t let me so fine. I ordered the little tacos. they’re disgusting Cooked an old grease. order a large curly fry because he told me I couldn’t get the double fries. Asked to have my food made fresh order a seven piece jalapeño just look at the pictures would you eat this? I spent $16 get back to work burger has no onions on it just thrown together sloppy I asked for extra pickles. It’s literally one pickle on here And then the fries that they gave me in the bag that came with my combo. Are you serious? Are you serious? They didn’t even fill them up and then their old is dirt crusty as hell will not be returning to this Jack-in-the-Box ever again except on my next break to go get my money back. $16 come on I ordered Coke. He said they didn’t have Coke. I ordered Sprite. He said they didn’t have Sprite. I ordered sweet tea. He said they didn’t have sweet tea. I asked him. Why did my burger didn’t come with all my vegetables he said, cause they didn’t have any the truck wasn’t there yet not the customer’s problem, sir Customer service zero out of 10.

My coworker wanted jack in the box, I've been on a diet so I didn't really want to but I figured I'd try a salad. When I got there I ordered the grilled southwest and the guy on the counter says it's another $2 for grilled and i asked if he was sure because it doesn't show that on the menu and he said yeah that's just how it works. After waiting about 10 min my salad comes out and it's just sad, and on top of that they put fried chicken instead of grilled, I sent back and when I did they apologized and said they'd fix it after waiting about another 10 minutes I went to the counter to see the salad still sitting there wide open so I went ahead and asked for a refund because I need to get back to work and don't have all day to wait for someone to do their job, won't be back to this location.
