My coworker wanted jack in the box, I've been on a diet so I didn't really want to but I figured I'd try a salad. When I got there I ordered the grilled southwest and the guy on the counter says it's another $2 for grilled and i asked if he was sure because it doesn't show that on the menu and he said yeah that's just how it works. After waiting about 10 min my salad comes out and it's just sad, and on top of that they put fried chicken instead of grilled, I sent back and when I did they apologized and said they'd fix it after waiting about another 10 minutes I went to the counter to see the salad still sitting there wide open so I went ahead and asked for a refund because I need to get back to work and don't have all day to wait for someone to do their job, won't be back to this location.

For the lady who helped me today, June 14 at 9:20: if you don't want to work, quit and leave the job for someone who wants to do the job, I'll leave you 15 dollars so you can swallow a combo to see if that's how you wake up hdp already leaves the cell phone during work hours

So I'm getting my car fix walked across the street to eat & use the bathroom. They cashier tells me either bathroom works. Man does the same thing & brings back a key. The lady didn't know I stayed to eat in very rude & disrespectful I want be giving my money to them again. But big tks to the gentleman that unlocked the door for a paying customer.
Every time i come here the lady im not sure if she is the manager, but she always have on different name tags she drives the burgundy truck. she always charges me for sauce when it should be included if i get tacos & she charges me for buttermilk. When i order on the app, the app doesn’t charge me for sauce. She always messes up my order then gets a nasty attitude when i tell her that is not what I ordered. She is very rude & makes my experience horrible every time. She acts as if she pays for the sauces out her own pocket. I sent my hispanic co worker to get food & she didnt charge her for EXTRA sauce but i get charged for just one sauce & im black?!! I usually do not complain about fast food but this has been ongoing for over a year because i eat there on my lunch breaks. If i knew her name i wouldve included it. I will like to speak to corporate about this situation.

I just placed a mobile order on the app and not only did they give me old fold and a real watery shake. The young boy kept my receipt didn’t give my receipt for my points to be redeemed probably still in customers points because you need the receipt in order to redeem free points and
