Waited over 15 minutes for a simple order that ended up being incorrect and top of that once I got to my job I noticed they didn't even give me my burger fries were thrown all over bag didn't get any of my condiments an she didn't even give me my receipt paid $18 for this crap

This store sucks. They messed up on my order. I did a walk up order through drive thru and they did not put cheese on my burger and it was ice cold the fries were nasty. Had to throw it all away. The wrapper for my burger was ripped they did a slop job. Only thing was cute is the Halloween decorations. Tried to call but line is busy you get a negative————————10 infinity ♾️. Sorry Jack will be making a complaint in the morning you guys mega suck overall. :( I get better service at Wing Stop. Highly disappointed and will not recommend “You SUCK Jack In The Box

I visited this jack in the box on October 7th 2024 at 6:49pm and spent a total of $33.48 . The atmosphere was almost clean , the tables weren't wiped down & there were no napkins available , the coca-cola freestyle machine in the lobby didnt work & the service from the cashier was a bit unprofessional . I thanked her more than twice & she disregarded proper mannerisms . The employee just stood there with an annoyed demeanor & took the order , the order was correct but the delivery wasn't . I asked for EXTRA tomatoes on a bacon ultimate cheeseburger & recieved a whole bunch of lettuce once i opened my burger at home . To anyone visiting this location please double check everything , open your burgers thoroughly before leaving . it's unfair to come home after spending over $30 to have your burger messed up & have to pick out the ingredient you didn't ask for .

Burger tasted bad. Like the grill needed cleaning or meat was bad. Drop ceiling was falling in exposing insulation. Men's bathroom was locked with light on the entire time.

Went there on Sep 4 around 8:00. The drive-thru employee, Bryan, had charged me extra for eggrolls by ringing them up separately instead of the deal on the board. When I confronted him about it, he immediately caught an attitude. I asked him about the receipt respectfully but his answer and his attitude has completed shut me off from this location. He needs better customer training. He claimed he charged me that way because previous customers have asked for them that way and he didn't want to "go against the customer". This made no sense. Don't go there, especially at night if this Bryan/Brian person is working there.

mysterious woman

The employees there can barely understand or speak English. I had to keep repeating myself at the drive through and they still could not understand. I had to park my car and go inside to order. She did not even give me the receipt. I had to take it myself and she got my order wrong after I already paid. I had to tell her what is on the receipt is not what I ordered. Poor communication. They need to confirm what you are ordering before you pay and they should give you your receipt.

Was waiting for my food for 30 minutes when we went to check on our order they said the forgot and had erased our order. Worst service ever. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for our food to be given to us. The employees arent even at the counter they are sitting down at the tables talking while there is only one person working i. The back from what i could tell.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. The man working was so intoxicated he couldn't walk straight or speak coherently. He took our order and my credit card, brought me someone else's card trying to give it to me and then I checked my bank app and we were charged twice, almost 10 dollars more than what we were told our meal would cost. I asked him about it and all he says is oh I have no idea. We left without our food. Please jack in the box, hire capable, responsible people. Absolutely ridiculous, do better.
