Aaron or Avery ( I had a hard time hearing due to the wind and traffic ) showed AMAZING hospitality , we waited for our food what briefly but he made it worthwhile due to his humor and ensuring we had everything we ordered ( which was kind of a lot 😠. Gave my boyfriend and I a much appreciated smile , I wish there were more workers like him !

I went through the drive-through and got breakfast. My ultimate breakfast sandwich was ready quickly. Came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The drive-through wasn't super packed was 2 cars when i pulled up and was to the speaker in under 2 min. Less than 5 minutes total time. Goob job Jack in the box.

Always takes forever for someone to tend to you. Seems they are always short staffed. Used to love the jumbo Jack, recently tried it and i was ridiculously disappointed. The size is an absolute insult to anyone who knows what a real jumbo Jack used to be. Prices have gone through the roof yes, but that does not justify skimming your customers. Tried the new smash burger, it was really good. Really decadent. Eggroll still one of my favorites.
