I have been in the drive through for over 5 minutes no ones taking my order. It is 8:17am on 11/22

Pulled into the drive-thru around midnight and was greeted. Asked for a second. No response. 30 seconds later I said I was ready. No response. I repeated myself 4 times with no response so I pulled around and had to wait for a car to leave so I could reach the window. An older Hispanic guy stated very rudely that the order screen is over there. He told me I needed to go order at the screen. I told him I said I was ready multiple times. He stated rudely again that he was busy! And that i need to go around to the screen. I told him he was rude as hell and had no clue about how to treat customers. And I would not be coming back. I said I would report him and he said go ahead.

The food I have ordered thru the app has always been correct. I like how the app offers promotions. The broken glass door has been boarded for my last few visits now.
I waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru no body take my order , it's ridiculous suppose be it's 24 for hours .😡😡😡😡 bad service.

The food was as good as any Jack in The Box, but the way they make the ice coffee here is what I come for. Just the right amount of coffee and vanilla creamer. Also the morning workers are very nice.

Well with me not being much a morning person. I was getting annoyed of explaining what i wanted too the first casher. Mrs. DAYANA saw me getting agervated and took over taking my order. I dont know if she is a manager or not but i can tell she can be good at being a manager she was very explaining didnt mind answering questions. She knows how too change her langauge for spanish too english really good.
