I came here at 4:10 am and when I pulled up the the speaker the lady was rude and said we closed for the night but there was 2 cars in drive thru that were paying for there food once I pulled up I asked her y’all open 24 hrs she jus said we closed come back at 6am being rude when I asked for manager she said idk tomorrow I asked for her name she idk she didn’t have on a name badge when I asked for corporate # she also said idk n slammed the door not happy at all

Great experience from when I walked in customer service surpassing what's expected of fast food places from all the staff and food is delicious and hot definitely better than the Windy's across the street

Giving this location 1 star is giving them 1 star to many walked in the cashier was sitting on the counter where they serve the food to customers the was gona charge me 25 cents for extra dipping sauces not me your not I told her your the only location that has ever tried to charge me for the extra free sauces

Went there last night for drive thru waited patiently for some to answer however they don’t say nothing I attempted to get there attention However they annoyed me drove up to window and the worker squatted to floor to avoid me as soon as started to drive away one lady raised up from floor laughing. I really not concerned about getting food from here but what’s the purpose of this establishment being open and no one serving. I found that to be highly rude and disrespectful.

The worst! Take forever in the drive thru
I come here often for my lunch break. They always get my food right and always hot. I really enjoy coming to ONLY this jack in the box. It literally is the best!!

I understand that after the hurricane everyone is very stressed but that doesn't excuse the rudeness from the workers at this location, the girl at the window repeat the order correctly at the voice box but gave me the order incorrectly. When I asked for a remake she told me no because she had too many orders and I would have to get back in line after waiting in the line for 30 minutes, she then refused to give me a refund and when asked to speak to the manager she said the manager wasn't going to be there till next month then threw the food at me and shut the window. All the food was also cold and she didn't even give me a receipt. Like I said stress is understandable after the events that occurred but this was out of line. I've worked fast food before and no matter how rude people are I understand that I represent the company and this was a very disgusting way of doing that.

Tried using the jack-in-the-box app to order, but wouldn't open. Ended up using Uber app. Food was ready in four minutes, packaged and ready to go
