Asked for a black iced coffee and handed a hot coffee. Who ever was preparing the drinks couldn't figure out how to put just black coffee over ice. My breakfast sandwhich was cold and the hashbrown must have been cooked in old greese as it tasted burnt. I don't usualy come to this Jack in the Box as I live in Conroe, but driving through for a quick grab and go. Suggest going to a different one in the area.

I had a terrible experience with the Hispanic male that was working that day at night time.. I believe it was just this past Tuesday the guy was trying to charge me almost $3 for faucet water.. he started being terribly rude and impatient from the beginning of the speaker and then when I got to the window I assume if I was paying for water it was going to be a bottle of water but then he just gave me faucet water he didn't even specify at the speaker he got upset when I told him that I wanted my money back and I gave him the water back and he was being rude inappropriate and trying to give me a lecture and arguing with me back and forth at the window

Horrible customer service. Asked me to wait for "1 second" in drive through, I sat there for 15 minutes. So I decided to say "Hello" in case they forgot about me sitting there for 15 minutes and he yelled back with with "One second". I wouldn't recommend this place even if it's the only place open in the area.

I have gotten my friends all in love with my favorite sandwichI get a sausage croissant with the hash brown on the sandwich, and extra cheese! It is one of the most delicious things that I'm glad I can eat at 24 hours a day
Dietary restrictions: I eat eggs but no meat meat, so this works beautifully for me as I can get breakfast all day long
