The worst service from the staff SAMUEL, who claimed to be the manager and owner of the restaurant, made a mistake in the order, annoyed, he did not want to return my money or give me my food (which I had already paid for) he argued for 15 minutes when he only had to correct what he had done wrong, what an arrogant and ridiculously misplaced guy...they should put more competent people because the title of manager is too big for him since I was the one who was giving him solutions and he was limited to closing the window definitively, a very incompetent man.
JUANA is ruining business for y'all. She's either high or asleep when it's slow. You will note that as soon as you hear her voice at the drive thru.A simple order of 2 large regular fries... and she rung up curly fries. After letting her know NICELY that she had rung up curly, she proceeds to ARGUE angrily that we said curly fries and she did not make any mistake. Our daughter is allergic to wheat... why in the world would we order CURLY fries? And instead of offering to correct it, she goes back and forth for a good minute that we gave her the wrong order. We just wanted the correct fries but she threw a fit like a little toddler and was just standing there useless at the drive through refusing to correct it because, in her opinion, we asked her for the wrong thing. Ridiculous girl- over 2 regular fries. And then the nerve to have us "pull up to the front" and wait. And seeing the other reviews, I guess that's just how she is. An immature little girl ruining business for you guys.AND SHE THREW THE FRIES SHE HAD JUST TAKEN OUT BACK INTO THE FRYER.. AFTER HANDLING THEM. She even had wiped her nose off on her sweater sleeve.

Tough to rate this place, whoever was on drive thru was impatient and rude closed the window in my face a couple of times and didn't speak to me at all. I asked for BBQ for my eggrolls and ranch for my tacos but was only given 1 of each, but the food was absolutely fire. Terrible service but food was ?.
