Drive thru service is ok.they take a while for your order.hate it when you ask for hot sauce and they don't give you any in the bag.food is ok.nothing amazing and kinda in the gross side.

We made a mobile order at this location at about 12:10 and got there at 12:20 to pick up. A worker named Gabby told us they were closed and we couldn't get our food and to come back tomorrow and get our order. They don't close until 1 am and we got denied our order because they wanted to close 40 minutes early and our order said it was completed. She told me I could refund in the app and you can't everytime we asked how she just said they were closed. ?
Love Jack n the Box. Bout one of the only places you can get a shake at 2 in the morning. But this particular one has the best employees that work the night shift. Sometimes it's just one person to run the whole store all night. But damn near every one of them do it with a smile....good people over there. Good service and they get your order right. Never had a problem with my orders or with the people filling it. Good job Jack n the Box, you're still my favorite.
The wait time for lunch menu during breakfast time was indeed long . The quality of the food was bad because the fries were burned . But the burger and tacos were hot and ready after the long wait time .
