Question: Why evertime I order here am I forced to pull up and park on the street to get my food? I'm assuming there is a timer to get my food but isn't this cheating the system? There isn't ever any cars behind me so thats not it..

Ordered a mobile order on June 05/2025 when I got to the store it said closed for maintenance leaving me with no way to refund my order or have it moved to a different jack n the box . My food was already paid for . The paper on the door didn’t say how long it’ll be closed for maintenance .This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I called the establishment multiple times no answer but I heard the phone ring . The lights were on and it looked like someone was in there . I will be expected a full refund for my wasted time and money or my full order when I come back to the jack in the box .

Sloppy Food. Sloppy presentation. I placed a simple order. I specifically asked for 4 tacos received 2. Jr Jumbo Jack looks like a Toddler Jack with Raw Lettuce or should I say a Flatahh Slider. The top bun was smashed and soaked with sloppy ketchup and mayo. The bottom bun was Dry AF. The patty was smaller than the bottom of soda can. Just close it down at this point. I drove here due to the one off Westheimer and Kirkwood being abandoned by the workers. Both locations should close and be replaced with a Williams chicken. I should've followed my 1st mind and went to Whatuburger.

The woman who serves at drive true definitely does not deserve to work there. All the time he makes your order, he doesn't listen, he gives you another order. He is in a bad mood all the time. If he doesn't like working there, he should look for another job. The manager should train his workers well. If you have hearing problems, madam, you better go to the kitchen 😡😡😡

Today I stopped by for breakfast and the person who served me was fast and friendly. I like their service and I asked her what her name was, Dianna Mejia told me, excellent. I always like to go there, there is breakfast every day, good service.

I ordered a fish sandwich and was told that they were out. I ordered French fries and was told after I paid that they were in the bag handed to me. I got home there were no fries only the change that I paid for the fries inside the bag. I am so disappointed because I go to this restaurant often and have never had a problem with my order. I am so disappointed with the company.
Usually pretty decent but the recent people they’ve hired don’t speak English well and mess up orders completely

I’ve only been late nights. I applaud the young kids that work here. They always seem so happy and upbeat. Like they really like their jobs. Just took a couple of stars off of atmosphere. Once the customers were about to fight - in the drive thru at that ?! And there’s this stupid median that I keep running into when I drive away.

Was stopping every weekday morning for breakfast until last week. Tired of watching early morning employees counting drawers in and out while my food sat there.one employee counting out her drawer while the other counting in her drawer, one employee told me to "hold on" when I pulled up to speaker. McDonald's just a few buildings down thats where my money will be spent. Owner responded with suggesting I contact a website. I am not taking a survey, I am not going back to that location.

Yo, that's some false advertisement right there! I ordered the new Chimi Bang Bangs thinking they were gonna be bomb, but when I bit into it, it was like, "Where's the meat?!" It was all sauce and barely anything inside. I was so disappointed, man. It was a total waste of money. ? #falsadvertisement #chimibangbangs #disappointed #wasteofmoney
