I waited 7 minutes to place an order in the lobby while 5 cars in the drive through were given there order.. the drive through had a long line and that is the reason in went in. And there was only 1 person inside..

The restroom is the extremely hazard sticky smell. The smell is so bad it came out into the main dinning area. The restaurant is very poor conditions. Manager need to do a better job of keep up and do cleaning and sanitize. This is bad health condition to be in and health department need to come out do inspection.

I am genuinely surprised every day to see that this is still open especially in the affluent area it's in. Especially because it is surrounded by way higher quality restaurants for a similar price for way less of a wait time. The lobby is almost always close they always have two workers or less it seems the food is not good at all and the five star reviews have to be fabricated. I'm actually so shocked that this location is even still surviving in 2024.

I was staying at a hotel next to jack in the box and I walked over with friends at 4am and walked inside, just to hear a manger or a staff get out of a car with a headset ,telling us we can't be inside due to he can get in trouble, but we told him we came walking from next store and it was open and just wanted to get breakfast and he told us we have to go threw the drive threw and we were like we are here already and told us we needed to be in a car for the drive threw or ordered on the app and told us we have to leave smh, bad service and staff ,we didn't even get to order ,go to another jack in the box this one sucks F-
