Have been a Jack in the Box Customer for 50 years, all the way back to when they gave out jumbo teal colored balloons! This was my first online order; At Checkout, the app only asked for a CC, DC and I believe Apple Pay, which I don't use. No PayPal, which I Do use??
Coincidentally, there was an Onion Ring Promo, so I ordered a reg hamburger w/onion, and the Rings. There was No small Double Meat Burger Option, While there were burger extras options, there was No Extra Meat Patty Option?? This which was a shame, since I could barely taste the single meat patty... You can easily add patties at BK and McD's, and they accept PayPal! On the other hand, the Onion Rings, although a little pricey w/o a promo, were Great!! Too bad the competition doesn't offer Real Onion Rings this good, or Onion Rings period...

Tried to pick up food here tonight 11/30/25. Ordered and had two cars in front of me. Waited 30 minutes for anyone to help us, and no one would come to the window. After 30 minutes of waiting, the line of five cars behind me and myself all gave up, and slowly had to back out of the drive-thru. Terrible experience and no one even tried to explain what the hold-up was or ever got food.

Chef cooked the 3 piece egg rolls perfectly brown and crispy! I love J. In the Box egg rolls better than Any restaurant and I am over 60yrs old

Straight rip off tried to get the 10 dollar munchie meal they charged to charge me 15 bucks. Why the sign and menu says 10 bucks with taxes that 10.82 the girl said not sure they must off up the price. Sounds fishy to me dont go there đ€

These people stole my money. Not the first time so I am not surprised. The scheme that places like Jack in the Box and McDonaldâs use is when people order online they donât have availability of this product , so you have to contact customer service to get a refund of your 4$. lol. Well I did and just got âsorry, your feedback is valuable for usâ and no refund. Hope somebody takes this place to court. Scammers.
