I love the customer service here, everyone is nice and really friendly, I love the energy. The only problem is that the 2 times that I’ve passed by they’ve forgotten an item, & today I didn’t get the free fries from the no kid hungry program. Other than that, I still like this location & I will be returning :)
This would be specifically for Celina. She was absolutely amazing. Smile the whole time with some great energy. I messed up the location and order from the wrong store. She kept checking on me with while I had my kids there. I've been in the customer service industry for 30 years and it was absolutely refreshing to see someone who cares. Honestly she is 100% management material. Thank you Celina (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) but you made my day today after a very difficult day.

Don't waste your money here. They don't take your order, correct. And when they do give you your food, it's dry and overcooked if the employees don't want to be there, why even come to work

Kimberly had a nasty attitude. She didn't greet me. I could tell she was not happy to help me. She stood at the counter putting money in the safe and it seemed like I was invisible to her. After about 4 minutes she finally took my order. Everyone else what great. Food was great. But Kimberly? HORRIBLE

I want to take a minute to recognize the amazing worker who took care of my food tonight ! (07-09-25 at 1:30am) unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I will continue to come back just for his AMAZING customer service! He was polite, patient and kind throughout the whole interaction! For once, I didn’t have to wait close to 30 min for my meals! The order was PERFECT and the food was fresh and delicious! Please keep him and reward him for his awesome service, he made my night and made me believe in jacks late night trips again !

Service was really slow. Prices increased quality decreased. Had to repeat my order several times, person finally just said come to window. 2 meals and a kids meal was over $30.

All their signs say they open at 6 but it took them until 6:18 to open the doors, and this is a consistent thing they do every time I come here after I get off of work

I DONT KNOW who is working there but they will not get your order correct. I REPEAT, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. YOU WILL HAVE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND DO NOT DOORDASH THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE EVEN THOUGH THE PHONE WORKS FINE. I PURCHASED MY ORDER BEFORE 8

I am very displeased with the experience in this particular Jack in the Box. The customer service is very poor, the environment is not the best, and the employees should not have a harsh attitude towards their customers. The employee that took my order was very unprofessional and had an unpleasant attitude. During the time I was placing my order outside I could see this employee cursing out a customer using very vulgar language that should stay out of the workplace. I hope in the future you guys will consider improving your customer service and create a safe environment for customers.

I am a regular at Jack's, I stop by to shop before going to work and the staff is very friendly?
But today I just went and we were waiting more than 20 minutes in line, my mom obviously got desperate and the car horn honked and the boy who was serving told her that she was being disrespectful and other things in common
The fact is that I asked if I was going to take my horden and he said nooo
?for the first time I left Jack's without my food and without wanting to come back
I love the staff on Sunday apart from leaving with my food I leave with a smile ☺️
