I ordered door dash at 10 my order was still not with me up until 12pm smh it take that long the driver informed me it was a long line but shouldn’t take long like that almost 1pm

I came to the drive through ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich. I got to the window & GEO gave me someone else’s food. Asking me why would I take the bag if it’s not mine..give me the bag. the sandwich was poorly made. I came inside and I asked for a refund Vicky was very rude about it asking me why am I mad about the sandwich. All in all very poor customer service and food presentation 0/10 for both.

Ok, there are 2 employees at this store who are absolutely amazing and deserve ALL the raises... One is Jacobi, whose patience with my stupid man is absolutely amazing. He's so patient and chill. The other is a young lady who works over nights and has red braids. I sadly do not know her name, but she is easily one of the sweetest, most adorable people I have ever met and I would fist fight 100 Gorillas for her. If I get her name, I'll come back and update this, but to the manager: give these folks ALL your money please.

Don’t bother stopping by between 12am - 5 am. Every time I go to the drive thru during late hours. The system is always down, unless I use door dash or uber eats. At this point it just seems like pure laziness on the late night shift 1 time maybe but 5 times is ridiculous
Our order came in pretty late and customers that got here after us got their order first, the lady was pretty distracted and got most of our order wrong. We were missing a couple of items. Also the food tasted horrible. I don’t think I’ll come here again.
