I called the store when I had items missing the person who answered claimed to be the restaurant manager. He was rude and when I tried to give him my order number to check he hung up on me. I called back 2 times to speak to someone else and he kept hanging up on me. Never ordering from there again

The slowest lazy staff I have ever seen but in line when I arrived they didn't realize they had the order I waited and they weren't giving me everything complete Asia I need a drink I tell them and they looked at the order again to see everything being taken as calmly as possible that they may have

I’m not sure why this spot never has tacos, or anything related to them. From no tiny tacos, to no lettuce for tacos. It’s like they always try and make a new excuse for not having them. Even one time I told them I would give them extra money for tacos, AND THEY AGREED. Jack in the box, SHOULD HAVE TACOS. Please do something about this.

I went to this Jack in the box tonight and I ordered 20 tacos for my family. The guy that took my order laughed when I said 20 tacos but I shook it off. I went to the window he said it's $20. I asked him how? He then told me that tacos are $1 each. I then told him no the sign said $1.69 which I was wrong and it was $1.89 for 2 tacos. I went back to the window and he just had such a nasty attitude, vibe was completely horrible. 0 stars if I could.

Ordered the infusion drink and asked for easy ice, well I was given a drink that wasn’t completely full because they couldn’t load it with a ton of ice. For $5.40 it’s should be filled completely.

I went this morning to get #27 with a large ice coffee mocha no ice, I love jack in the box food but this morning was not that great, the drive thru lady was in a bad mood and she gave me old ice coffee and I think this was no even mocha, some places they add chocolate but I'm not picky about that but I love the mocha flavor, she took the last coffee from different containers even though she had a half of jar in front of her... My coffee has NO FLAVOR at all. I can't drink this, I'll keep this coffee like this in case the manager or someone wants to test it and see I'm not lying. The drive thru lady was in a bad mood. I recently moved to the area and this jack in the box is the closest one but I think I prefer to drive little more to get quality food and service. You just Lost a regular customer.
The food was all good and delicious, but the service was terrible. The girl who served us was bad, apparently she was very unfriendly when she took the order, she didn't listen or didn't understand at the window when collecting, she was kind of like that, I don't have change, but in a tone and at the same time. giving it was almost thrown away.. the order was 5 tacos and one potato and we asked for salsa and ketchup and he didn't give us anything just the tacos.. it was a woman but the receipt looks like Iván's name..

Send my son for the $5.00 with burger fries and taco as advertised on TV and this Bissonnet location said they don't have that and gave him a Deadpool box with onion rings fries and some chicken Chung. This was awful. Fries and onion rings fried to hard I'm 71years old and that was not the dinner I wanted. It was awful awful awful. I want a refund.
