My order was wrong, I ordered potato wedges came with no cheese or bacon I ordered jalapeno poppers came with no ranch. And I was shorted from the egg rolls.

I went here for breakfast around 10:30 am , there was a lady working the counter she was making ice coffees and I had notice while making the ice coffees she had cough INSIDE OF THE COFFEE , note I come here very often to order The large mocha iced sweet cream coffee I will not be coming here again

As someone who works long hours there aren’t many places to eat at midnight so jack has become my go to. Food is always fresh and my order is always correct but I literally dread drive thru because of the RUDE workers. Never a response to my ‘thank you’ they couldn’t close the window quick enough. To top it off the guy literally tossed my food at me tonight😭 if yall don’t want to work here please leave.

I stopped at this location to get 2 cheeseburgers and a small chocolate shake. The cheeseburgers were fine, but the shake was not good for the amount of money I spent. $4.29 for a small and it didn't even taste like ice cream. I will not be stopping there again. Very disappointed.

It's terible, this morning at 2 o' clock july 3, i went to jack in the box, and when i received my order an indian or middle easter employee answered me with very insolent and scoundrel words, perhaps it discriminates me as a person of color.
