Night crew really needs to work on their people skills. anything else, anything else, anything else is all I heard as I kept ordering. Don't let me get started with the stank face as I was being charged. I kindly asked for ketchup and ranch before going to the parking lot to park. Did not get not 1 packet of ketchup or ranch aka buttermilk.

Just got food here. The customer service is usually on point, as it was today. But finding a very long hair in my burrito just turned my stomach. I don't like waisting my money and they will never get another dime.

I came to drive-through to pick up my food tonight, and this African American lady (manager? Coworker?) saw my dog through my window and called him “nasty” even though he didn’t do anything, nor did he do anything wrong. My little baby didn’t deserve to be called that. The only thing “nasty” is her personality. What a bully and loser!
