This place is the worst when it comes through drive-thru orders, especially at night time. I ordered at least 15 min ahead of time for drive-thru, and by the time I get there, they still haven't made my order yet. I had to wait an extra 10-20 minutes. There was a time when I was first in line and waited for about 15 minutes just for them to ask me what I was waiting for when they could clearly see me waiting for a long time. Turns out they removed my order by accident, and I had to wait again. The manager there, though, was a really cool guy.

Dude!!!¡ This place needs to get it together. Kristal I just want to say you are moving to fast for your own good. I ask a question about an item on the menu and she didn't even answer it. She just said is that what you want all fast and proceeded to put the item on my ticket. Told you I wanted a soda. Forgot that. I just can't. Take a deep breath and get it together. Food was hot and good though.

Me and my husband were literally barely driving by the drive thru to go ahead and order , we saw the lights off from the menu so we thought it was closed. As my husband was about to pull off the drive thru the employee which was a male decided to reply "what can i get for you" . Since we were barely driving off my husband replied to him to give him a sec since he was trying to reverse back to order . The employee replied back " Oh youre over here saying hello but your telling me to wait a second". That is the most disrespectful way you can talk to a customer there is no excuses for that what a shame !!!!!!!
