If i could give a review with 0 stars i would worst customer service ever i came to this jack in the box at 10:43pm 10/13/25 no customers and no line in drive thru i was the only customer and asked for two separate orders and the lady which i think was a manager she had a red hair wig African american female and told me ā€œ you have to order your first order and go around and order againā€ whats the point in that if I’m the only customer and when i was trying to order and asked got a combo she just said ā€œokā€ without trying to ask me which kind of side or drink i want with an attitude worse jack in the box i have been to she shouldn’t even be a manager she cant manage nothing at all hopefully u guys see this and do something about her she should be fired

OMG! Y'all I went here the other day- August 10 Sunday morning around 10am right before church , and I stopped to get breakfast for my family. The lady on the speaker was so rude, she talked to me like I was trash, made me wait for almost 3minutes of silence at the drive through speaker. Then when I told her not to talk to me so rudely, she clicked off the speaker and refused to take my order. I was trapped in line, and had to back all they way back out. I will never ever go to this place again. Also I'm calling corporate because how is there not some supervisor or manager on duty? And if that's who that was this place is going out of business soon! If there was less than one star that'd what they deserve.

Today I went exited for my lunch and coupon I received on the mail, only to have a very disappointing experience. First I get there and no one was in the front ready to take my order, I had to wait for one of the lady to come to front, couple of minutes (empty drive-through) 2 people ordering and a homeless sitting at the tables. No problem with the homeless, but out of nowhere a homeless woman came out (I guess the restroom) and I got scared for a minute. Then lady came from the inside of the kitchen to take my order, well, she forgot to press the button to let me pay, and I had to remind her. Got my order and head back to my work to eat. Let my tell you, this is the worse burger I ever had. I don’t lettuce, pickles and onions, the server never asked and I forgot too so it’s part of my fault. But the meat taste was horrible.

This is the closest Jack-in-the-Box to me so I go here often the food is decent. The service is horrible. If you get the English guy, he has an attitude if you go through the drive-through and there’s a Hispanic woman and unless you speak Spanish, she can’t really understand you and it makes it very frustrating. Just to order things. I ordered two cans of redbull from them and they charged me for a whole meal. I had to turn around to go get my money back. Just now I ordered food and I’m asking about flavors of drinks and the lady can’t tell me it because she doesn’t understand what I’m saying. And im sure she’s a lovely lady but if you can’t understand maybe shouldn’t be working the window

I’ve went here for over 3 years now and the food still tastes great. The service was around 30 seconds to 1 minute and 30 for almost every time I go there.
