OMG! Y'all I went here the other day- August 10 Sunday morning around 10am right before church , and I stopped to get breakfast for my family. The lady on the speaker was so rude, she talked to me like I was trash, made me wait for almost 3minutes of silence at the drive through speaker. Then when I told her not to talk to me so rudely, she clicked off the speaker and refused to take my order. I was trapped in line, and had to back all they way back out. I will never ever go to this place again. Also I'm calling corporate because how is there not some supervisor or manager on duty? And if that's who that was this place is going out of business soon! If there was less than one star that'd what they deserve.

Today I went exited for my lunch and coupon I received on the mail, only to have a very disappointing experience. First I get there and no one was in the front ready to take my order, I had to wait for one of the lady to come to front, couple of minutes (empty drive-through) 2 people ordering and a homeless sitting at the tables. No problem with the homeless, but out of nowhere a homeless woman came out (I guess the restroom) and I got scared for a minute. Then lady came from the inside of the kitchen to take my order, well, she forgot to press the button to let me pay, and I had to remind her. Got my order and head back to my work to eat. Let my tell you, this is the worse burger I ever had. I don’t lettuce, pickles and onions, the server never asked and I forgot too so it’s part of my fault. But the meat taste was horrible.

This is the closest Jack-in-the-Box to me so I go here often the food is decent. The service is horrible. If you get the English guy, he has an attitude if you go through the drive-through and there’s a Hispanic woman and unless you speak Spanish, she can’t really understand you and it makes it very frustrating. Just to order things. I ordered two cans of redbull from them and they charged me for a whole meal. I had to turn around to go get my money back. Just now I ordered food and I’m asking about flavors of drinks and the lady can’t tell me it because she doesn’t understand what I’m saying. And im sure she’s a lovely lady but if you can’t understand maybe shouldn’t be working the window

They don't answer the headset at night, Even if they are working, they just stare at you from the windows. It is supposed to be a 24-hour open.
Everyone I go Arina is such a good employee. Fast paced, good memory and provides a really good service with her energy. Honestly she’s the only reason I come back to this location she’s just the best and sweetest.

LAZY DAMN WORKERS !!! When I originally made my order, I asked the Food be for she told me no problem. I pay for the food through the drive-through and they told me to drive around and wait in The parking lot for someone to bring the food out. I realize it was two minutes later and my food still hadn’t came out! Back to the drive-through to get the food and waiting an additional five minutes before he handed me my bag! The food was warm. I handed back to him and tell him I need everything fresh and HOT please… That’s just ridiculous !!!! Why would I wanna pay for cold or luke warm food?

I visited the Jack in the Box at 10901 Bellaire Blvd in Alief, TX, this afternoon (12/8/2024), and had a great experience overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service with a smile. The food came out fresh and hot, which was a nice touch — everything tasted delicious. However, I was a bit surprised to be charged $3.99 for just seven onion rings. While they were tasty, the portion size felt a little too small for the price. Still, I would definitely return for the overall positive experience and the quality of the food!
