The tacos have no meat filling in them or they've been overcooked the meat just disintegrated. I asked for a crispy hash brown and this hash brown is so overcooked it's not even edible anymore. The only thing fresh in this order is the bun. The egg is from breakfast, reheated. I should have took a picture but I just threw this mess in the trash. On top of that...This location isn't fulfilling orders through the app. WTH 😒

I visited this location last night and ordered 30 tacos, I wanted sauces for my tacos but the older guy with the african accent kept giving me a hard time. He wanted to give me 3 sauces for 30 tacos. I kept asking him why only 3 and he dismissed me and asked me to wait for my order. I asked to speak to the manager, and this younger guy who also sounded African came. He was very friendly and he politely explained how much sauces I could get, his mannerisms was commendable. He explained and suggested I could get extra & they only cost like a couple cents and I bought the extra I needed because that’s what customer service is, being knowledgeable hearing your customers out and coming to a solution. He asked me to park infront the restaurant and walked my food out not even 5 minutes later. I asked for his name and I might not be remembering correctly but thank you Rayshawn for your customer service!

This location needs a visit from Ecolab, the health department, the city WHOEVER. This location is FILTHY. You can feel it just sitting down to eat. Never coming back. Also the chick working in the back LITERALLY her braids were down to her ankles. No hair net in sight. No gloves in sight. They need new management/crew. Maintenance. Shut it down and start over. I'd never run a dirty establishment.

Went to this location for lunch and I ordered the red bull gaming box and the lady who took my order only charged me for a red bull. I informed the manager about what had happened and she had the attitude like she didn't care so I just left. While I was waiting on the manager a guy walked in to order and he stood at the counter for like 5 minutes and never got any help so he just left. This location needs some serious changes. Their staff doesn't acknowledge anyone who walks in and obviously they can't understand English or they don't care about their customers. I would have asked for a refund but the manager didn't seem like she wanted to fix the problem so I left with no food and just a drink. I will not be visiting again just to get bad service again. Terrible company.

The drive thru moved quickly, which is great so I didn't have to wait long for my food. The venue seemed pretty clean also from my perspective, I definitely recommend this location.

Hit or miss, if you drive thru and all your order is included in the bag(s). This and ALLLL drive thru food needs to be packaged so the customer can visually check their order! The bag(s) are stuffed so full that you could not fit another french fry! Rarely do I get home and into the house without it tearing!
