Worst Jack in the Box Ever! Shift manager refused to fix my Iced Coffee. Very Lazy person and rude. Would not give me her supervisors name . Seriously took 20 minutes to make 4 Tacos. No one else was there!

I go out of my way to go to this location, the other one down the road has given me gross and inedible food on multiple occasions.
This location has always been super chill, and nice, and the food quality is amazing, especially after my experience with other locations.
Kamaria got me tonight, and there’s another young man who works the late shifts, both have great attitudes and great smiles. Thanks. :-)

Coffee was one of the things that I had, but the lady didn't give me enough sugar for my coffee when I clearly asked for the amount that I wanted

Last night i went to this location to get some food. Even that i do have another store 4 min away from my house. I decided to drive extra because the closest one always make my order wrong, im so glad i did. I did get my order right and the customer service was awesome. The cashier on the drive thru give me the best experience with a smile on his face make feel so conformable, i definitely ill drive extra time just because i know ill not regret. I dont know the name of the guy in drive thru but my complements to him. 👏

Sadly every time I go to this location they get my food order wrong and don't receive all items. As well get sick after eating here. Always hope for better experience but things never change. Main reason for issues from what I can see is lack of employees. Hard to have2 people run everything.

I know the cashier hated his job when he saw my family of 7 big backs walking in after having 1 car just leave. We explained that it was our 1st time in a Jack in The Box and began to place our orders after starring and collecting all orders for about 8 minutes. He took our orders, handed us our cups, and began to help the cook make the food. They got our food out in an incredible amount of time and to the T. They did an amazing job for it just being 2 guys working at the time. The only thing was that there was no ice or any selections of drink besides diet or 0 sugar. So we had to ask at the counter, but the cashier didn't mind stopping to fill the up for us from the drive thru even though business started to pick up. There were maybe about 2 tables that had trash, but with it being to workers and me not knowing when their last rush was. I didn't see anything wrong with that, as well as the ice being out. They did a great job, and I would definitely go back.

We came on Dec 14th at about 3 pm, and it was obvious someone hadn't shown up for their scheduled shift. The cashier and cook were by themselves with the three of us, a door dash order, and a few people in the drive thru, but were moving as quickly as they could without arguing or getting flustered. This is the first time I've EVER gotten food from Jack In The Box that was cooked perfectly and actually looked like the pictures on the menu. I just want this woman and the cook to get recognition for making things work through a busy time, while being understaffed, and keeping their cool. I really hope they appreciate the two of you!
