I like the food 9/10 times but the wait is ridiculous. It's FAST food, why does the customer need to wait over 30 min for a burger and an hour in drive through. I even heard the staff cursed over the drive thru speaker. You need to add staff for night shift to help. They are overwhelmed and way way behind.

Feels like theres a trend where they only put 1 worker at each location after a certain time. The only worker that worked at this time was the only worker and managed to get in and out by 20mins. Do better for your employees jack in the
The Guy Terry worked in Drive Thru I asked his name because he was so friendly I was impressed..Fries was fresh at my request every thing was fresh I wasn't impressed with the taste of meat on Burger but customer service was excellent ?

Tried your chicken strips for the first time - they did not disappoint. They were crispy and freshly made. Is was impressed with the flavor. Also tried the Oroe bar - where have you been hiding this one. Just saw it for the first time on your menu. Other Jack in the boxes have been having it on their site for a while. If the is not a new desert - you might want to contact your IT guys to see what's up. The Oreo bar Is a keeper !I was very please with everything during this delivery. Your hamburgers actually has flavor to it and a nice color. The other burger joints are flavorless, greasy and gray in color (And just thrown together sloppy - haphazardly ). So you must be doing something right at your location. ? ?.

Good food tried the new smash burger and Oreo bar. I was surprised by the seasoning, taste, and overall flavor of the burger. Staff were good said thank you and had an overall pleasant demeanor.

I hadn't eaten at Jack in the Crack for over 3 years and now I see why! Trash service, high prices, and just flat out not worth the hassle. Definitely not worth the 20 mins I waited in drive thru for 2 combos. Will NEVER eat here or any Jack in the Crack again!Update: Not to mention, I was in an Uber and now my $8 ride, jumped way up to $18 because of the long drive thru wait. Then went home to find the "crispy" tenders were undercooked on the inside, soda was flat although it had no ice and they gave us about 8 fries with each combo. Thanks Jack in the Crack!
