I got sick the last two times I ate there, and, I thought maybe it was just me, no big deal. But this last time I bought a #22, croissant with sausage egg and cheese I happened to look down, and the egg was all greyish green. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this can hopefully prevent others from getting sick.

Only thing us that they never give condiments anymore. I asked for salda for my burrito and the kady said it was in the bag and there wasn't. Had to go inside to get it.

During lunch hour I ordered two jumbo Jack meals and 6 tacos. The woman at the cashier forgot to place the taco orders and we waited and waited unbeknownst that she hadn't placed the tacos on the order. Went to the register and asked where are the tacos and she rudely said there's no tacos . She's not handing out receipts to prove it. This is one of the worst Jack in Box in the city. Don't go there.

Extremely bad service last night im not saying this happens all the time here but last night was not good at all the 12am 4/19/25 shift was horrible my order was missing items and I was also given the wrong order they were being rude when I asked for an item one of the young ladies said to tell me that they didn't have the item just because she didn't want to walk to the back while I was over hearing them extremely unhappy with last nights service i asked for their names but the girl taking drive through orders refused said not to give me their names

Plain with cheese paid for the cheese and curly fries and nothing to far to drive back and too tired and meat was cut up kinda weird

Worse location in Houston no matter what time you go to this location. They will ALWAYS have you pull around the building to wait for your food for at LEAST 30 mins. And of course they will ALWAYS miss something from you ordered.

Whichever old lady was at the window was really rude. AF showed her my mobile order but she just pushed it off like I didn’t pay yet. I was in the drive-through for 15 minutes then told to go inside and wait another 10 minutes for my food to be ready cause she didn’t wanna believe that my molar order was already pushed through

My recent visit, I ordered a chicken sandwchich which was partially frozen in the center. While I waited for my order, my vehicle was surrounded by crackheads, as they debated if they wanted to break in. For their sake, Im glad they moved on. By far, this location is the worst and most unsafe.
