How is it you can order a Sourdough Jack and they don't give you meat if you don't hit the option for no meat? I ordered a burger and wanted a burger. My curly fries tasted lake they pulled them from the fridge and put them in the microwave. What makes it really bad is that I ordered thi Uber Eats and can't go up there. We pay all these extra fee for stuff like this. It makes no sense.

Having a lack of staff isn’t an excuse for the incompetence of the night shift at this location , nothing is prepared in a timely matter and window / cashier guy couldn’t care less about working or showing any kinda respect or customer service for the customers waiting or the delivery drivers picking up food considering so many reviews about how bad night shift is and it still hasn’t been resolved shows me it’s not getting fixed anytime soon

Shift change is at 3:30am, which is perfectly fine we don't mind waiting,we order an ultimate burger munchie meal,we asked to add bacon,we said we would pay for it,and also bacon cheese sauce on the curly fries,which she said would be extra,also fine...she was hollering at us, we obviously we an inconvenience,but it got worse the boy Michael was told to give us our change,would not give a receipt then had a problem giving us the curly fries with bacon cheese....maria finally came back to the window and she gave some curly fries without bacon...we gave 20$ got .85¢ back....if we owe more say that,but one munchie meal I dont feel should cost that....and service should be much better...there was one lady in there I actually seen working so I give her the stars!

It was a pleasant exchange with a nice young man who sold me the milkshakes.
I don't know if it's a mental aptitude thing or just a lack of pride in one's craft but the overnight crew here never fails to disappoint. Would give details and specifics but will literally have to write a book and there still would be no change. All I can say is if you're in the area avoid these folks like the plague. The visual of the crackheads across the street is more appealing than the service and quality of food they dish out.
