If there was a way to rate an establishment 0 stars I promise you I wouldn't hesitate to give just that rating to this establishment.Don't get me wrong they're cleaner then earlier installations however the customer service hasn't gotten any better. I come in almost everyday since I've been staying at the hotel behind them and no matter what they always find a way to mess up my order. From missing items or incorrect customization while still being charged to cold food there's always something wrong and I get it we all make mistakes it's about the constant mistakes and the way the employees and managers alike handle these mistakes. They get upset and have an attitude with me whenever I have an issue with how my order was made, and in most occasions instead of resolving the issue by fixing your order they'll just offer you a refund.

I was totally disappointed with this location ?,the restroom had water ? on the floor, when I was washing my hands,I heard water ? dropping on the floor ,I looked under the face bowl area I noticed that , the floor right outside of the restroom ? hallway looks like it have been swept since yesterday or last night obviously, after I ordered my breakfast ?? I noticed the countertop was clean with a greasy cleaning tile, it was totally greasy and the kitchen area & lobby area as well ?,I was looking a round and ? notice roaches started to walk in my directions, wow ?,I took out my phone and I took a photo and video the footage as well.

Great food as usual. Hot and freshly made! Prompt and attentive service. Condition is run down. But hey the first and usual store I drove to was torn down and being rebuilt. DQ went through that a few years back so maybe it is just JIB time...
The two guys who worked today at 3:15 pm for you who said bad words gave me the burger without Beacon and too much sauce with a single yellow cheese, I ordered number 4, the people who arrived left because they took too long and only They argued between the two of them as if they were 5 year old children, they should put responsible people to work and not leave these two children working alone, it is a lack of respect in the way they did things and behaved in my life I bought this place new
