If I could give zero stars I would. How are you open 24 hours but at 10:40 you don't Answer your drive thru. Terrible!

Jumbo Jack with cheese.combo..asked for no onions but as usuall with fast food joints, they don"t read the order right. Burger loaded with onion and a sloppy mess..Far tooo much sauce..burger itself tased rather funny..Too soft for real hamburger meat.

Workers are very afraid of actual work. Everytime i go they either close the lobby area 2hrs early or will just lock the door and never answer. Also, they will not show up until they feel like opening. Many times ive tried to eat there and it was closed 2hrs after opening time. The one time i got to eat at this location the food seemed like it was 3 days old. Dried out and stale. And it was lunch time. Laziness is this stores downfall.

Prime Rib Burgers were goooooooood. They ran out of Fanta Zero Grape soda, though. No more in storage. Very irritating.

Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 mins. Handed us our drink then waited another 10. Then she tried guessing our order 5 times, before asking for the receipt. When finally given, the girl disappears comes back and said it will be another wait to pull forward. Asked for receipt and tells us her manager ran off with it. Not saying I want fast food to be 100 but customer service should be.
