Even when they are slow and nobody is behind you they make you pull around to curbside once you order in the drive through. Than we never get any condiments napkins etc.

***RAT AT THIS LOCATION***
I didn’t get a chance to take a photo but there is a rat at this location. It ran from the tables to underneath the drink machine. This was my first time to visit this one and I’m just surprised how big the rat is! I got a refund but the workers didn’t seem suprised when I told them. This is poor franchise ownership. I don’t blame them.

I think Jack In The Box as a whole has fallen off. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it tastes like it was cooked in old grease and the chicken doesn't taste like it used to. The food was kind of nasty🤮
