I just leave this restaurant around Christmas Eve. The cashier young lady was very rude because I told her my number wasn't right and I wasn't being rude I was just telling her the number and she got smart with me saying you don't have to be rude and I told her I was just saying that's not the correct number whoever the manager or the supervisor you can pull the schedule Dec 24 2025 around 9:15pm to see who the young lady on the clock was rube to me. I work 12 hrs and she was acting like one of the patients at the hospital I work. I will never come back to place being rube to me

Today I ordered a $12 meal. They gave me the bottom the barrel dries and 3 half pie especially of bacon half done. I ask for supervisor and employee tells me to come in. Note I'm a disabled vet and went thru drive through for a reason. Great customer svx is everything. It's not at this location. Im still sitting in three car

Tacos were cold...straight out of the refrigerator. They conveniently forget to provide you with a receipt. They do not ask you if you want condiments nor do they place them in the bag. The overnight employees do not take their job serious and are laugh, horseplaying, while customers wait patiently in the drive-thru for their order.

This was a horrible experience. I even said I would report it. The manager didn't care.

I ordered my food and specifically asked for fresh fries. When I got to the window, the young man was very nice. I asked him if he heard me ask for fresh fries, and he said yes. When I got my food, I tasted one and they were cold and not fresh. I handed him the bag that I just put my hand in. (Manager) I just saw her put money in the safe, that's how I know she was a manager. She took fries out of the old batch that were cold and dumped them back in the grease. I was looking directly at her. I told the youg man that that wasn't cool and asked for NEW fries. She then poured some from a brown bag. These were under cooked. She just took them out and put them in a bag before they were done because she was rushing because the line behind me was getting long. I asked for the corporate number and he said he didn't know it. Waited 20 minutes for the scraping of old fries and soggy tacos, while some lady day dreamed on the back with the buns. They dropped new fries but still gave me the scraps.

No Nonsense

I ordered 3 breakfast meals, 2 tacos and some egg rolls. I got 2 orange juices instead of 3, no taco sauce, no sauce for the egg rolls, no hasbrown for one of the meals. Like the meal LITERALLY comes with a drink and hash brown..the tacos and egg rolls LITERALLY come with sauce. Like what is hard about checking to make sure orders are correct..which is a part of the job description. Y’all just don’t care….and it shows.

Absolutely Disgusted — Health Dept Needs to Step In

I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences ever at this location. Joana M, the woman working the window, was completely unprofessional. I sat waiting over 6 minutes just to swipe my card while she played in her hair, touched her face, and then handled food—no gloves, no hair net, nothing. If I’m not mistaken, that’s a serious health code violation.

She handed me three full bags (normally it’s two), and when one fell—because I already had two in my hands—she looked at me and said, “You dropped it.” No apology, no help. I told her I didn’t want the dropped food, and she snatched it back and slammed the window in my face.

To make it worse, my order was wrong. I asked for extra bacon—didn’t get it. The burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly, and her bare hands had clearly been all over it. I watched them clean grease off the fryers, drop napkins on the floor, pick them up, and still use them. I took pictures and I’m ready to share them with Corporate, Grizzy News, ABC13—whoever needs to see this.

When I asked to speak to a manager, Joana rolled her eyes and said, “She’ll be here soon.” No accountability, no professionalism. I’ve dealt with rude staff here before, but this was the final straw. I will never return to this location. I’m calling the health department.
