Front window guy was talking to his friend on phone no one in line . Bad service people pulled out of line because of this i think.
The person who took our order got it wrong the first time and we had clarified and explained in detail what we wanted (which everything we ordered is on the receipt) just to wait 43 minutes and get our order absolutely wrong and nothing that we ordered was given to us like literally the opposite of what we ordered
Had a quick bite to eat here, food was okay for a fast food joint. The gentleman who attended me was super cool! Patiently answered all my silly questions and gave a good recommendation.

Eggrolls jalapeño curly fries burnt jerk like a charcoal. I know it’s a little bit dramatic but I am not eating it. I spent over $50 and this is what I get is a disgrace for Gasner Street because I’m a delivery guy. I just hope my delivery is not the same way

Stopped by this Jack in the Box this week, and once again, it was disappointing. No matter who's working, there always seems to be an issue at this location.
Went there at 11:00 PM. One guy was there. I ordered 4 tacos. As soon as I got to the window, he handed me a sack with the tacos. In other words, they had been pre-cooked. Sure enough, when I got home, the tacos were stale and cold. Tasted like they had been cooked several hours earlier. Of course they were inexpensive. But they belonged in a garbage can, not in my car. The change and receipt reeked of cologne. No bueno.

Went late at night and they said they only accepted orders through the app or cash which was strange. Decided to go up the road and they didn’t have a problem problem accepting my order.

Given the fact that I used to work here never have I once told a customer that we aren’t taking any orders at night 2 AM, and I worked the night shifts too anyways.. Asked the 1 lady that is there “ working “ after waiting 10 minutes in the speaker and another 5 at the window if I can get a #13 she plainly said “we aren’t taking any orders” after staring me down and receiving the same stare back from me and then looking off to the side rolling her eyes. Y’all need to improve the staff not hire anybody that’s lazy can’t make one meal after being extremely slow..

Waited at the drive thru because Jack in the Box is suppose to be open 24 hours. There were two cars waiting in line before the window for a while. The whole time, there was no one at the other end taking my order.

I had ordered a burger there and they had given me the wrong burger 3 times with the wrong side i ordered curly fires and got a hash brown and the drink tasted like cleaning chemicals i didn’t eat and left the food after the staff couldn’t help me they only spoke Spanish and i only speak English they kept the receipt. Am never coming back to this location again.
