Tried to order a bacon, egg and cheese scrambler and the lady at the drive thru was trying to charge me extra 3.99 instead of 2.99, and I was telling her that was wrong and she didn’t listen to me. Please retrain your employees!

I’m a frequent morning customer and I always get the same most of the time and I love the service I get from the morning shift. Always smiling and ready to serve. It’s my favorite shift. Been in the evenings and most young people not as friendly and slightly rude without no patience. This is why I choose the morning to get what I like. The ladies in the morning are fantastically nice.

Cold tacos?! Lazy employees sell cold tacos. I also ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. No bacon, no cheese, and no ranch!!! Really?! How stupid are these people that you hire?! It's literally in the name! How much time does it take to cook tacos to order? I ordered on the app, which sucks by the way, to take advantage of a coupon. The drive-through cashier gave me attitude because I ordered online and immediately pulled in after ordering. I identified myself by name. "It's only been 45 seconds," she said rudely. What's the difference, I thought. Ordering online or at the speaker, same thing. When she gives me the bag, she doesn't even look at me. She was talking on the headset and blindly handing food. No, thank you. No offer of condiments. Nothing but rudeness, cold tacos, and an incomplete chicken sandwich.
