i came to jack jmin the box for lunch and waited in drive through for 40 minutes and had 5 minutes to get back to work, i didn't have any time to eat at all.

I recently visited this Jack in the Box location and had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, I stood at the counter for about 3 to 4 minutes without being greeted or helped by any staff member. I eventually had to place my order on the self-service tablet. What stood out even more was that shortly after, another customer walked in and the staff immediately stopped what they were doing to assist him. The difference in how we were treated made me feel uncomfortable and, honestly, I couldn’t help but feel racially profiled.

Additionally, the dining area was noticeably dirty — tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the floor looked unkept. Overall, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses both the customer service and cleanliness issues to ensure all guests feel welcome and valued.

Went through drive thru and was told there wasn’t any shakes available I said ok and got my food. Got home and opened my chicken strips box and it was full of onion rings. No chicken at all. Waste of money

Was refused service at Drive Thru when asked to speak up so I did when I asked for a manager was told a manager was not there weather this is a lied to or not doesn't matter the person at the drive thru was awful I will never come to this location again.

Good food! I was the only customer in the drive thru when I pulled up. I only ordered 4 tacos and a loaded potato wedge. I was told to pull around to the front to wait. There was only one customer behind me at this point. That customer pulled behind me to wait for their food as well. A lady began to walk outside and hand the food to the car behind me. So, I winded up waiting a total of 15 minutes for 4 tacos and a loaded potato wedge. The amount of wedges in the container was sad. There was more air in the box than food. So, I normally understand and give 5 star reviews, but Jack In the Box needs to step up their game!
