Cale Oates review is a lie. This store has a "closed due to rennovations" sign dated April 25th-May25th.... it's still closed yet all the lights are on all the time every day and nothing looks like a 'rennovation' job.

Me being a former employee, I wish i would of quit a long time. The manager Miguel R. be doing crack while at work. Be taking money out of the cash register and asking the employees if they have money to loan him. (obviously) for drugs. Some of the employees are racist and don't know how to talk to people any kind of way. I also forgot to mention it is very unprofessional for some of the employees are staying with each other especially with the manager. (I'm not saying no names.) I'm so glad that i work at a better job who pays very good a whole lot more and that is very professional.

I have gone over there two different times and have seen commercials on tv and they have a sign in there window about a special and when i get to the window they charge me regular price and tell me its not on sale. I tell them i just saw a commercial on tv and whats that sign in there window the first guy gave me the special price but the girl today refused to.

everyone should check their food when i got home I was ready to eat my jack burger then some smell came out of my burger like they onion and tomato was over past and they still serving this to customers so yall check yall order before leaving this never happens to me this my first time that happens to me didnt have no issue until today 03/14/2023 at 6:08 pm

This location needs a overhaul. The store is not well kept but only 2 people were working that day. Homeless people were in and out of the bathrooms and left the women's unusable. The Manager was nice but this place does not seem sanitary.

Dear Mr Jack,Just wanted to covey to you about my experience AND disappointment. You missed out on a sale today because your employee(s) failed to recognize me waiting in the drive-thru. Solution! Have your employees pay attention! = increased sales/revenue and makes customers happy= loyalty and repeat service! That advice is free to you!

This jack in the box every time I go there or send my wife there they are never working at the store it’s all ways come back in 30 minutes and when you do come back in 30 minutes it’s still we not serving anyone right now this happened to me and my wife lot going to this jack in the box. corporate really need to do something about the store or hire someone who wants to work. You go there and ask for a Sundae they tell you the machine is not working because they don’t wanna clean it. This is very unprofessional and I advise anybody who goes to this Jack-in-the-Box to stay away from it.

I get so aggravated when a fast food place is a hot mess. Late night visit, I order a chicken tater melt munchie meal. Can’t get that, they say, because they have no cheese. No cheese. So I order something cheeseless. Then ask for a large Sprite Zero. Nope, only regular sprite. Coke Zero? Nope, no diet drinks whatsoever. The poor girl working there was fine, but ugh. I haven’t been to jack in the box lately because the last two times I went I thought the burger meat tasted weird, but I don’t have an opportunity to get a munchie meal often and drove out of my way to get one. Even though they long ago got rid of my favorite exploding chicken cheesy sandwich munchie meal :( very disappointed. I’m going to post this before I actually even eat the food so wish me luck

Jack in the box— please save yourself the embarrassment and shut this location down you can’t get a good staff. For a restaurant that brags about being open 24/7, you’re never open at Night. Or they tell you to come back at a later time because they’re changing for Night Shift. 9:50pm on a Wednesday. Shift change isn’t a problem McDonald’s has.?♀️?♀️?♀️
