I have come here quite a few times and there’s this gentleman I think his name was Paul. He was super friendly and man he sure can move. He was knocking down orders left and right and always had a smile on his face. That’s why I always keep coming back. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! The store was clean which I was very impressed. I’ve been to other JIB and I ran out as fast as I walked in.

Had to pull around to get my food due to the wait. Get home and half of my order was missing. I spent $30 and only got $10 worth of food...beyond frustrating!

Whoever was taking orders at 11:08am 8/29/25 should work on customer service skills! Someone tell him it’s ok to apologize & say I made a mistake instead of trying to be rude in a polite way telling me I ordered ham instead of sausage. I don’t even eat ham & those 2 don’t sound the same! I was almost back at school from my 15 min break that I end up being late from bc I had to U-turn and wasn’t in any way compensated no hash brown refill nothing for my inconvenience. You coulda kept your passive aggressive “you’re welcome”!! You did not deserve a thank you & that’s why I didn’t say it!! I should have checked before I left but I hate to be the one holding up the line next time I won’t move until I check my Order! I will certainly copy & paste this complaint to cooperate as well. Be blessed.
