I had a horrible Christmas experience at Jack in the box. I had an online order and went to pick it up… when I did the order was all wrong and they proceeded to mess it up 6 more times I’m not even kidding. The last time I winded up taking the food home and realized it was still wrong so I came back so they could get it right as I sympathized with them since it was the holidays. However, they proceeded to carelessly bring me the wrong thing again! It was at that point I asked for a refund, the worker said yes I could get a full refund 10 minutes passed and I still hadn’t received it. It was at that point they ignored me and kept me locked out the store and never gave me the refund. The older man working was very mean to me, he denied my refund after the previous worker told me I would get a full refund, he refused to fix the orders and continued to point and talk about me and make faces at me through the window. I got his photo. This was by far the WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had.

Literally every night you go to this location around 1am -4am they always say they “out of order”….employees just be in there playing i wonder is this a corporate location or private it definitely needs to be reported

Jack in the Box may not be my personal preference, but it appears to be well-received by children. If you are seeking a convenient and economical dining option for kids while on the go, this establishment is certainly a suitable choice.

I love the egg rolls!! Now they are bigger than 10 yrs ago!! Love them more now!! I live in Massachusetts, and I crave there egg rolls all the time. Wish we had a jack in the box in Massachusetts.

Ok, I never thought that I would ever review a taco place but most of my life's working career I was on the road doing my work, especially when I was a licensed private investigator and running the roads here in Houston. I found that a few Jack in the Box tacos and a coke was the easiest and fir me, it was a fast, eat on the run satisfying meal. Of course, my wife disagreed. And yes, my doctor has also made comments about my sometimes poor healh choices. But...... I'ma still be a customer, at 78 years old I have to consider the tradition of the Jack in the Box chain. I'm sure that my doctor would agree with me. I can't even remember the first time I had a burger, coke snd fries at Jack in the Box Okay, no pictures. Y'all have fun out there and always be diligent. Went through the drive thru and ordered the monster Halloween box. They did not give me the ranch, nor did I get my color changing cup. They claimed they didn't have any cups and my food was like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. They always say the shake machine is not working and they never have tea or coffee. I won't be back ever.
