just left the restaurant and stood in line for 10 mins and no one greeted me. not once did anyone say l”hey sir somebody will be with you shortly” Finaly after getting someone else’s attention he came and told me to order on the screen. horrible customer service left the restaurant and didn’t even my bother ordering anything. if you’re going to be in the industry of customer service be observant and serve your customers!! Wil never return to this location

I placed an online order at this location and paid beforehand. I also placed the order at 1:50PM, and the app said to pick up by 2:03PM. But when I got there at 2PM, they said they were temporarily closed. They locked the door and everything. I feel like they’re just closing whenever they want. Worst experience ever because I didn’t even get the burger I paid for 😢

Store hours needs to be corrected & store's location website needs to be updated. Waited 5mins at the window at 5am trying to pick up a doordash order only to be told the location was closed.
"I visit this Jack in the Box every morning between 6:15-6:30 AM, as it’s conveniently located near my job and is supposed to open at 6:00 AM. However, I’ve noticed that the person working inside consistently ignores the drive-thru, even when I blow the horn to get their attention. There’s no acknowledgment or response, which feels quite rude, especially considering the restaurant is supposed to be open. I rely on this location for a quick breakfast, but the lack of customer service is becoming a problem. I hope they can address this issue and improve service for early customers like myself." Absolutely disgraceful!! I went to pick up a DoorDash order & had the worst experience in my life as a 37 year old man by an employee by the name of Tameka at this location. I would never go here after this woman’s rude & unprofessional behaviors. I watched this person talk to countless people while she had me waiting over 20 minutes for an order that was already ready when I walked in the restaurant. This woman was talking to every single person with attitude as if she owned the place & that’s not even a good enough reason to be talking to people the way she was. Highly unrecommended
