Food here was up to Jack's standards but the infrastructure was abysmal. Could not get an old-fashioned milkshake because the machine was broken and, according to one employee, has been for weeks. The restrooms were disgusting—appeared bit too have been cleaned in days, and standing water (or worse) on the floor. Will not return to this location.

Hours on Saturday are completely wrong. I went around 1:45 after work, which is the only time I have to pick up food, instead went home with nothing. Disappointed, not coming back.

Might as well shut this one down. They refuse to fix the intercom to order from, so you have to order from the window. My order took 17 minutes to complete. 4 tacos and a shake. 17 minutes? Just close the doors. The funny part is somehow my order was still wrong. Smh. Also, I was in line long enough for my shake to melt. Surprisingly, the 1st thing i recieved was my shake. Then, 8 minutes later, 2 tacos instead of 4, when I brought this to the cashiers attention, surprise, an additional 7 minute wait for 2 tacos. They weren't busy at all. 2 guys inside and my order, that's it. I felt sorry for the people behind me. They had to wait the 17 minutes for my order to get ready before they could order...because the intercom doesnt work, and then order from window and will probably wait 17 minutes for their food just like i did. Just close the place down. It was pretty good about a year or so ago. I dont know what happened. Place is a train wreck now. Smh.

HORRIBLE…..I never write reviews but this place is so disgusting. I don’t think it meets health codes. There were flies and it looked unclean. Also, the workers are really slow and the food is stale, you can tell that they just have the good sitting around. Overall, they really need to fix this location because it is very nasty.

The young lady at the window refused to take my order waited for me to leave what she thought I was doing was leaving. Ask me what I wanted. Got upset with me because I wanted a receipt refuse to give me the receipt. It was very rude. I only ordered the food to get a receipt to reportthat she refused to take my order at the window at 5:30 AM because she was tired.
