Waiting 12 mins in line for my food, which did not get. The car in front of me took all what left of lunchtime away l. Had to leave without my food. They could have told that customer in front of to pull off to the side.

I have on occasion had to deal with very slow service at Jack-in-the-Box but this experience takes the cake. I sat in drive-through almost 15 minutes for two tacos. I proceeded to go inside and waited another five minutes just for someone to notice that I was standing there to complete my order, then it took another three minutes for the young man to actually hand me my taco and my receipt to complete the transaction. This is absolutely awful. Jack-in-the-Box needs to do better.!
