Was my favorite Jack in the box for years. Unfortunately has fallen off completely in the past month. I come here late nights after work and the night crew ((particularly the foul mouthed woman handling the drive thru)) have completely ruined my experience and opinion of this location. It's disheartening, but I'm going to have to move on from this location which particularly sucks since the Burger King was already booted and so was the whataburger. I hope y'all find better help or someone willing to train better.

This location was just where we needed it on a long car trip.
The tacos are a comfort food from years ago. Tasty, made the Jack in the Box way!
If you have had them, you know what I mean
If not, give them a try.

Of the multitude of Jacks, this one is by far the best in terms of food quality and consistency. However it is lacking in terms of hospitality and service.

Usually always have a good experience and time with this jack n the box especially since I normally love coming here at the end of a hard day and getting my late night snack and NEVER being disappointed by the staff or the food. Ordered mobile tonight just to make it a bit easier, but the girl in the window on the overnight shift 12/8-12/9 was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I understand it's a late shift, but have a little professionalism and respect. It's also the first time I've received the food and it wasn't hot. I love this location and always put my money/ send my friends into it, but will not continue if this is the kind of energy I'm to expect from now on.

Don’t come to this jack on the box as they have a Hispanic youn girl who has a attitude and Deny to accept coupon codes and shuts the window on your faces hope this person so we return back to jack in box when have other and accept I guess she make her own rules if rate a 0 start I would

So I just ordered me a crispy chicken five piece combo I requested for extra large fry with my meal. The drive-thru attendant told me he didn't charge me for a large fry even though I requested for extra large fry. This is bad customer service give the customer what they asked for and stop making your own decisions. at 2:45 a.m.

I ordered jumbo jack and got something totally different. Ordered an egg roll and that was totally missing. I tried to call them and their phones pick up and hang up so don't think you're going to talk to anyone. Not going to happen. Uber eats wont refund because they said they have alot of refunds for this place. Don't order from thus place!!! Pick a different location if you want your order right.

I was super excited to try their food, but I ended up disappointed. The tacos were cold and didn’t have any meat at all, just lettuce. If I wanted to eat lettuce, I should’ve told them.
Clearly says NO PICKLE, add jalapeños, they took like 10 minutes and still messed up my order 😂 everything had WAY too much salt, this is definitely my last time coming here. Pathetic

I would've given this location 4 starts for the service and consistent food but over the last 2-3 weeks every single day when I stop in for breakfast at 4:10am they are closed. I've asked why and they just say that they're temporarily closed. Don't advertise 24 hours if you're not open 24 hours.

The food I ordered was not what I received. It was cold the fries were mixed cold soggy with over salted hot one. The drive thru was poor customer service. I realize it was lunch time but when I called back after driving back to my job someone would just pickup the phone and hang it up without answering. Terrible service. Should close this location

I ordered online and I walk to get my food because they have on the app dine in at 6am I get there at like 654 to hand written note saying 7 and by now it's 705 i ordered online so I've already paid and when calling the restaurant they answer and hang up every tim do not gohere
