I went here to this location at 6810 Bingle rd, Houston, tx, the employee below in the picture name Enrique was very rude, I was picking up an uber eats order, he refused to give me the order because I wouldn’t show him my phone AFTER i already told him the order was confirmed in my end already as an uber eats driver picking up a customers order. This employee has a very nasty attitude, told me rudely that he was NOT giving me the order unless showed him my phone, which is NOT uber eats delivery driver policy.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.. Chicken had a bad after taste, tasted old.. They made it fresh but the chicken wasn’t right.. Took it back, made another one, same results.. Manager was nice tho, refunded me and gave me 2 regular chicken sandwiches.. I order the spicy chicken all the time never experienced that after taste.. I’m convinced they are getting old chicken delivered to em..

Food was very old tasting. And got the whole family sick
The food is good but now every time I go thru the drive thru they tell me to drive around the front and they will bring me my meal and there will be a line of 4 cars already waiting. So the wait will be 15 minutes or so. And alot of the time they either get something wrong or they forget something and I have to go inside to get it right. They are way too slow and they don't pay attention to the order. They're boss needs to have a talk with these guys smh
