What can I say, I have a sweet tooth and their vanilla milkshake comes with a stiffer, wider straw, with a beveled end to poke through it. I used the drive thru at the Bingle/Little York location but these are boilerplate shakes from any Jack n the Box.

I had order some food from their drive thru and had took it home and when I seen my food it was all messed up and I called them about it and they expect me to drive back to bring them the food to fix it or they just offer me a free drink. Pretty ridiculous 🙄 and bad service will never order from this place again

I've been to many of your locations and this was the worse experience. Bought my usual egg rolls. Received them with 2 sauces in the bag and NO napkins 🤔. I asked for additional sauces and was told 'you only get 2 free, the rest cost .25 each'. I said with 3 egg rolls that doesn't make since...then give me another one though I wanted 2 more'. The Mexican girl said 'then notify corporate' and gave me 1 more. I asked for her name and she refused. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE SMH. I will NEVER go to that location again.
I just love the burgers. Fries are pretty good too.

After sitting and waiting at the drive thru the guy finally come on the speaker. I ordered a combo meal that’s advertised at 5.49 and he starts arguing with me about it. I get to the window and he says 10.49! I said I don’t think you got my order right. He’s says yes I did I ask if you wanted at that point I couldn’t understand what he was saying. So I just said ok fine whatever. I get my drink then he hands me a bag I look and it just a burger I said where are my fries he said you didn’t order them hands me the recite and closes the window!!! I paid 10.49 for a freekin burger and coke I will not go back to this store again!

My experience on this occasion was horrible, opening my tacos to put sauce and enjoy and it was not possible because it was burned, smelling burnt oil and their meat was also burned, unfortunately I am a fan of their tacos but. If they could take care of the oil change time it would be great I probably won't go back
