The food is good but now every time I go thru the drive thru they tell me to drive around the front and they will bring me my meal and there will be a line of 4 cars already waiting. So the wait will be 15 minutes or so. And alot of the time they either get something wrong or they forget something and I have to go inside to get it right. They are way too slow and they don't pay attention to the order. They're boss needs to have a talk with these guys smh

What can I say, I have a sweet tooth and their vanilla milkshake comes with a stiffer, wider straw, with a beveled end to poke through it. I used the drive thru at the Bingle/Little York location but these are boilerplate shakes from any Jack n the Box.

It was late and I was unable to drive my Semi 18-wheeler truck into the drive thru. The manager still allowed me to order food and was extremely polite and professional. The world needs more understanding people like this⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
