My husband's hash brown was saturated with oil and undercooked. He always finishes anything he eats. But, didn't finish and immediately it came up.

This is not my first time coming to this location, but what I noticed is the food being lukewarm. I sincerely hope they work are preparing orders to be fresh. The food tasted like it sat out for a while then was reheated.

Second, for the workers and this is coming from someone who knows more than two languages, their conversations were not appropriate (I am not going to repeat what was said because it was inappropriate). They need to be mindful of the possibility of customers understanding their language and to not say certain things in a public space. There is a time and place, but this is not the place to be having inappropriate conversations.

Lastly, I noticed how the workers treat specific race/groups differently. For example, me and another customer (same race as me) was not greeted well, it was as if they wanted us to hurry up and order. Yet when a someone of a different race came in, they are greeted well and with warm welcome.

Again, these are the same patterns I always see when I stop by here to eat something. Please work on improving these problem areas.

Terrible experience every time I give this particular location a some of my hard earned money. Karen M has a very nasty attitude that’s unforgettable, it’s never a surprise to see her in the drive thru taking orders !
