The people are disgusting they put their hands all over the cooked food and then the manager has the nerve to tell me that it's what they do... they have to touch the food because they don't use gloves. Touching people's food then touching money and lord know what else. I will NEVER eat here again

How can you have people running a store who can’t help cancel a order you paid on the app. Her only response is her manager knows how but he doesn’t work Sundays.. and lets me leave without the food even though I paid for it. Extremely poor customer service and management

Incompetent and rude staff. Could not get my order correct, kept interrupting asking if I wanted anything else without even taking the correct order in the first place. Completed the order on screen before I was finished and tried to charge extra for a zero cost substitution that I get at every JITB.

Waited 20 minutes to get to order and was told they were only taking mobile orders. Had to jump a curb to get out of line to save myself another half an hour. Avoid this location, poor customer service, don't remember the last time they got an order correct.
