When did y'all start charging for ranch? First time at this location but always go to the one in the woodlands and Conroe. Never in my life been charged. Also the girl at the window was not very nice or inviting. Don't expect much but when it looks like you hate everything, it doesn't help the experience. Put her on the grill. Actually just fire her
Always have to pull up front and wait about 10 minutes to receive your drive through order. Sometimes it is still missing items. Be sure to check order before you leave. Staff are friendly. I think they are always short staffed.
