I got the breakfast jack combo with no ham. It was good and the service was pretty fast for a mobile order. The portion size was ok.

The food was great, the service was great, they did not take long to give me my food. It did not taste like it was microwaved. It tasted recently made. The lettuce, tomato, and pickles tasted fresh. Will recommend coming to this place.

No manager on duty.. Had me waiting on a mobile order for 10 minutes AFTER IT WAS ORDERED 10 MINUTES before that, while order after order went through the drive thru.. That's 20 minutes for french toast sticks and a coffee. Girl inside was working like crazy.. but was obviously overwhelmed and grumpy. Your payroll percentage is not worth losing employees and customers for.. This franchise store is mismanaged and NO BUENO.
this is the worst jack in box to order food, they give you things different from what you ordered and the stupid food they delivered will be cold , it hurt that i have to spend my money to this jNB , it not worth it and i try calling them, it not going through, ordinarily if i’m driving to get jack in the box i don’t go to this location because their food is always a mess, i regretted ordering food tonight
