I ordered food around 10pm despite them having a line all the way to the entrance of the drive thru they had the line moving fast. Great customer service from the guy who took my order, and my food was hot.?

I ordered online to get a free fry and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about I asked about my order she tells the order doesn’t pop up even though she was making drink ? I pull around get my food my free fry isn’t in the bag . I ask another worker she was rude I went off on her she’s a big girl I I still didn’t get a free fry . Worst customer service ! The same stupid fat girl that was being rude gave me someone else’s order !
