Good food. Crappy service. The people have attitudes like they don't wanna be there and if you need to change something they make it a big deal. Passed few times my husband and I went our food has been messed up. How do you forget the sausage on a sausage and cheese croissant??? Ridiculous

I went through the drivethru last night and the young woman was kind, but the jr jumbo jack burgers were oddly fried so thin, it was like biting into beef jerky. The meat didn't taste fresh at all, and I was very surprised they served it to us. It was unsatisfactory and I even feel and hear my stomach making ongoing strange sounds as a response. My wife didn't even eat hers after just looking at the thin layer of the so-called patty.

Used the Drive through and the person got our order wrong we tried to correct but he didn't answer. My wife said something to him at the window and he acted like he didn't care, and he didn't give us our receipt. The fries were cold and there was a hole in my sourdough jack, so I did not eat it.

Service is ALWAYSSS HORRIBLE! the same lady with an “I hate my job attitude” just rude for no reason at all. & don’t let anyone ask for anything extra on the side. There’s an up charge for sauces. Which is fine but even then you get an attitude. Order is always wrong & food is rarely fresh. 0 stars for this location & management!

I ordere on the app today around 12:25 and set my food to be picked up in the drive through. After waiting about 10 minutes I get to the window to be told they had already given my food to someone else. They tell me this and look at me like I’m supposed to just drive away WITHOUT the food I just bought. I show my order confirmation and they are going back and forth with me saying I have picked up my food. This lady comes to the window(I believe she was the manager) and tells me “I can remake your food this one time but I won’t be doing it again.” Insinuating that I messed up and sent someone else? Maybe if the employees at this restaurant had a brain and knew how to check order confirmations instead of blaming the customers who did nothing wrong they would actually be able to run a restaurant. Not to mention have a better rating.

The hash browns were not cooked all the way, cold and the wrappers were DRIPPING with oil. So much that the bag was saturated and ripped. The iced mocha tastes like straight up water. Never have these issues with any other jack in the box.

Like really thins skinny piece of bacon in order the same thing yesterday and it was way better then this yall need to retrain yall cook my bacon looks like it’s on Ozempic and I called the store 3 times and the phone goes to unit dose not even ring I did leave a vm with my number but probably won’t even get a call back

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and were the only car there. They started taking our order three different times but stopped each time until finally placing it on the 4th try. By then, my wife’s 30-minute lunch break was gone just waiting. Fries came out cold, though the burgers were good. Overall, very poor service — would not recommend.
