Ordered a smash burger, waited 15 minutes and got a double burger w/half a piece of cheese, a scrap of lettuce and a half inch piece of bacon. Didn’t remotely come close to the burger ordered. No one answers the phone, can not contact anyone. This location has gotten worse, not better,

Well, The graveyard shift lady with a blond wig decided to only give customer service to anyone who placed Orders Online or Doordash; but if you decided to have a midnight snack and drive to your local Jack-in-the-box; you are SOL because you can only place order online or you get NO Service?Interesting; Guess her Cell has WAY MORE INTERESTING than her Job ? ?

We ordered on the app ahead of time,as well as prepaid for our food. Our order for 3+ people was over $30. It was about 3am. As there were at least 3 employees...MANAGERCOOKWINDOW/ORDER DELIVERY!!!!!It took over 30 minutes ,????after we were alerted BY THE APP that our order was ready for pickup, for a human person to get our food.EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!MY CURLEY FRIES, BESIDE BEING COLD, HAD NO SEASONINGS.MY 7 PIECE JALAPENOS WERE COLD WITH OUT THE BUTTERMILK DIPPING SAUCE THE APP CLEARLY COVERED, EVEN OFFERING A PERSONAL QUANITY. THIS LEFT MY BURGER HORRIBLE WITHOUT MY FRANKS HOT SAUCE AND XX MAYONNAISE I REQUESTED.Sad thing, this location has been my "Go To, 24 / 7 / ,365 since 2014... for 10 years. The craving of all my favorites has kept me coming back. I'm sorry this crew, and I've seen a few new faces in 10 years here, has "Judged the BOOK BY THE COVER", ...I have worked in the FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE INDUSTRY since 1977....That's. 50+ years.I've got to say, these EMPLOYEES could use a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!$30.00+ for Fast Food?? Get a clue,SOME OF US LIKE JACK. We use to live on Jack's 2tacos for a dollar in High School back in the early '70s. Oh no! That's 55 years of JACK IN MY LIFE?

Went through the drive thru and after I paid the girl only asked “do you have more ones” and she never explained her reasoning so I went back and forth stating I gave her money to cover the bill. She then shook her head, said never mind, handed me my change, and stormed off. I couldn’t understand what her problem was till she came back saying she didn’t have enough ones in her register. That wouldn’t have been a problem if she would have worded it differently instead of making it out like I didn’t give her enough for my bill! Then my husband went in there to speak with a manager due to the way she treated me and she proceeded to argue with my husband! Not to mention, she didn’t know my husband could hear her talking crap about me calling me stupid to her coworkers! I have never been treated so poorly! All she had to say was “I don’t have enough ones, do you have any to exchange” and it could have been done and over with. Needless to say, Maria has the worst customer service and put a sour taste in our mouths about ever going there again.

I have always loved this location but I will no longer be giving them my business. After using the drive-thru and then driving all the way home, I realized I was given the wrong sandwich. I called and spoke with them about it and they said I had to bring it back up there. I could not do that at that time because my family was already eating. I've never had an establishment ask for their food back, even if it needed to be days later, to prove that I got the wrong sandwich. I will go to a different Jack in the Box location from now on.

I called at around 2:05AM on 11/16/23 to confirm that they were taking orders before I placed an order through the app. I called twice before they answered and they let me know they're systems were down and it wouldn't be up and running for about 20 minutes. I hung up and didn't call back until around 3:40AM to confirm again that they were taking orders before I placed my order through the app. This time they didn't bother answering. The few times they did was to just hang up on me. One of the times I over heard one of the employees saying who keeps calling and the other responding "un wey (güey)". The only times I've had problems with this Jack in the Box is when these ladies are working. Every other time has been great. Everytime these employees are working the system is always down. Last time I ordered through the app and wasn't able to get my food because the system was down when these same employees were there. The worst part was that they didn't let anyone know that they weren't taking orders. I only figured it out after waiting over 20 minutes and going up to the window to see the employee just sitting on her phone. I tried calling and honking until she finally saw me and quickly told me they weren't taking orders. I asked her about my order and she told me to come back in the morning when the manager was there. When I did come back they told me they couldn't refund me so I had to call my bank to get a refund. I also reached out to customer service through the app and they never responded. All in all, your other employees are great and do a great job at night time, but tonight's employees were horrible.

Worst customer service ever. I know y'all are a fast food joint and I don't expect y'all to be as professional and courteous as Chick Fila, but I am seriously appalled at your customer service. I was missing an item from my mobile orders and the lady at the window LITERALLY told me to go around the drive through because they're soooo busy and have a long line. I am so heated right now. Why does it matter if y'all have a line or not?! Am I also not a customer??? Those in the back will obviously wait patiently because yes, they see that you are busy! I wasn't causing a commotion or anything. I was just there to pick up my orders. So I went around and waited patiently and when I went to the window, the manager and the other two nosy employees poked their heads out the window and said they gave me all the orders, and I politely said that I am missing a sandwich and have the confirmation orders for everything. You know what they told me?! They said NO. THEY SAID THEY DON'T SEE THE ORDER AND DIDN'T GIVE ME MY THIRD CHICKEN SANDWICH!!! Are you kidding me?! I couldn't even do anything. They basically called me a liar AND stole from me!! I am never supporting this specific location, ever! Obviously this review will do nothing and people will still come because y'all are a chain. So, I guess it's to warn others that their meal might be incomplete and come with a side of attitude.

im getting tired of this place not being opened like it should , I noticed they don't open before 7am, the attitudes are unforgivin, if you don't like to work there quit but you're not going to ruin jack in the box for me
