I Order From Here Every Day. The Store Is By My Business. I Ordered A Munchie Meal This Morning And The Burger Had Mustard And The Fries Were Half And Half But I Got Burned Stale Instead. I Call The Store A Young Man Answers Very Politely Told Me He Was Sorry And For Me To Comeback They Will Fix It. THE GM Was So Rude And Belligerent. She Wanted To Argue With Me About What Comes On The Burger. I’m Extremely Allergic To Mustard And It Has Both Mustard And Pickles. I’m Telling The Lady I Understand But It Was On The Burger. I Just Came Back Home From WV Where There Is No Jack In The Box And I Been Coming Here Since. But I Will Mo Longer Spend A Dime In That Place Thanks To The GM. The Employees And Assistant Was Nice They Remade My Entire Meal But She’s Bad For Business And Rude. Never Returning

Took over 35 minutes for our order tonight and we didn't receive avocado sauce with our tiny tacos but we did receive 2 forks? Not sure why.... and we received ranch we didn't ask for... we ordered two burgers..Have no idea what the forks were for ... we were trapped in line and the workers acted like they were out of it. The line was empty because we sat at the ordering window for so long....
.. We sat at the window waiting to place our order for 20 minutes. Why were they prioritizing the two families eating indoors when the to go line is supposed to be faster. Why were we forced to be stuck in the to go ordering window for so long? That has never happened before in life. SO MANY STAFF WERE PRESENT WITH NO SENSE OF URGENCY???went inside to wait for the food as we sat in the car for 15 minutes..We were stuck and could not leave the drive through but there were several who ended up leaving after us driving off in frustration. There were staff on there phones and orders were taking way too long.

I purchased two meals from here on Postmates, however they only delivered half of what I requested, which was two munchie meals. I received two beverages, one halfsie fries when I should be getting 3 , and missing two tacos.

I got 3 of the new sausage and egg toasters and there was very little egg off to one side of the sandwich and the sausage patty was thin. Nothing like they advertised. Then they were out of pirate sauce. Do not recommend.

Sat 20-25 minutes just to place order I could not back up, finally moved one car space up to place order only to be told "one moment" which turned out to be another 20-25 minutes. After my nap while waiting to place order because I still could not back up this weak voice asked for order which was number 9 burger only, jumbo eggroll and 2 jack wraps. Could not tell what she was saying due to her confusion and mumbling, got to window I repeated my order to her which I thought was very simple. She had gotten it all wrong, ten minutes or so later she was paid money in cash, several minutes after that she said she needed 1 dollar more??? So almost 1 hour total and I did NOT get a jumbo effort and she did not give me my change??? I just wanted to leave where in the hell was the manager on duty? She has no business working a busy drive thru window with no obvious training and she looked like age was out of it and totally spaced out just disgusted will never go back to that one.
