I was the only car at 4 pm. I ordered two combos, they handed me my drinks almost instantly but then took 40 minutes to give the rest of the food. Double checked we hadn't gotten our food twice asking for the receipt back and everything during the process. By now there is a massive line of cars behind me and both our combos were missing fries. Two girls dancing to music in the background. Management needs to look into their staff. I've never been so disappointed by a jack in the box.

The AC is broken, the fountain machine is broken, the employees just leave the alarms on the food timers ringing and ignore them.Clearly, no one cares at this location. It's no wonder they have a hiring sign and a stack of applications. Who would even try in the heat.Update: Employees say AC and soda machine has been broken for months.

Don’t buy salads from this JITB! The cheese was spoiled and expired out of date. Stay away from here if you don’t want to get sick from eating expires cheddar cheese! So basically the person in charge sold me spoiled food garbage from the trash. The cheese smelled like curdled milk. As you can see from the picture it’s gooey and sticks to everything. You can’t just scrape it off. The whole salad stunk like foot cheese.it’s not shredded cheese it’s contaminated slop over room temperature!

I use to have a regular customer but after today I will never come back here. I placed my order for a salad with grilled chicken and the boy understood me perfectly and charged me for it. Then when they give it to me they bring me a different one, julienne style and very poorly served. Thank goodness I have a habit of checking before I leave, but I was shocked by the bad service, they wanted to show that I had ordered another one and that I had made a mistake when they had already charged me for the one I had ordered ? so they had understood correctly They only want to justify themselves by making the customer stupid and adding a very bad attitude to this. Where was the customer service attention? No, they are wrong. people be careful in this location. Check your order carefully before leaving. Well, they don't give the correct one because they don't want to work. ??

Whoever this person is needs to be fired immediately. He was extremely rude as soon as we pulled into the drive through and had an attitude so bad that we just left without ordering. As soon as we pulled in and said hello he told us to hold on with an attitude. Then we proceeded to order and asked someone in the car what they wanted to drink and when we tried to tell him he continued to ignore us while trying to talk to him and then kept saying I’m waiting on you but you’re ignoring us. I will never return to this location again. If you felt like being rude you shouldn’t have came to work.

Come here all the time on my lunch cause I’m addicted to their onion rings. Asked for ranch and they gave me grape jelly?? ? didn’t notice till it wasn’t worth going back for it but bruh who dips onion rings in grape
