I live across the street and come to this jack in the box maybe 3 times a week and I always get great customer service, but on 12-20-24 a young man that has tattoos that goes by the nick name “trap” was an absolute great help! That young man definitely has great customer service a a great personality! He came all the way to the speaker to help me remember what exactly what I was referring too! His Customer service at this location is always top tier! Great employee!!!

So this place because their system is down and because you weight for them for their system to come back again 5 or 8 minutes or so by the time the give you the food is aredy cold not even worm or hot so disappointed at this place and the night shift employee old ispanic lady she is kind of rude is missing alot of sence on customers service .🙄

Never order Uber from this place. I had to throw almost everything away. At least the drink was salvageable. If people were paid a decent wage, this wouldn’t happen so wearily often. Not their fault.

This is the second time our order was wrong. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke but I guess not. Two of the four orders were so bad we couldn't eat them and the iced vanilla coffee was gross. Its sad really, we love Jack in the box.

Never go thru the drive-thru without checking yo bags! They only gave me 6 French toast instead of 8 and I did not receive syrup for my French Toast. I called up there and told them the situation. They just listened to what I had to say and then hung up the phone immediately. Very poor customer service to people who are not Hispanic or Spanish-spoken!

I made a quick order of 15 tini tacos and it seems like they don't know how to count because I only received 10, that seems like abuse to me, they didn't give me the Straw for the drink and the receipt either 👎
Don’t know the name of the Drive Thru guy but he had some nice tats. This guy was very apologetic said the ice machine wasn’t working, I usually get lite ice anyways. He had a line of cars & worked hard to get my order ASAP! Thanks Man I appreciate you I was driving the Red VW Atlas.

I came to location at 6325 Barker Cypress. I went through the drive through. They have no customer service skills. I came to pick up my order, the lady said they didn’t have it, I asked her if she could check again, she left to check and never returned, so, I blew my horn repeatedly, back to back, she looked at me once, ignored me, and continued to remain on her cellphone without assisting me, she refused to assist me with my order,another employee had to come to assist I will never go here again. Poor service.
