I recently visited Jack in the Box, and unfortunately it wasn’t as good as I remembered. Now that I’m back in Texas, I expected the food to taste the same as it used to, but it just didn’t have the same appeal. The quality felt a bit off compared to past experiences. Hoping it improves, but this visit was disappointing.

I waited at the new pick up window for online orders and rang the bell for 30 minutes... Eventually I gave up after paying online... line was too long to wait... I let the keep them money. Pick up windows is a scam, no one picked up company phone after I tried to report.

Went threw the drive threw around 2am and was greeted from the young guy had good customer service!!! There was a long line but my food was ready when I got to the window !! He said his name was TRAP lol thanks man... I'm gone miss you . Ur boi - alway's the best service in late night hour's- the grey car homie

Ordered a bonus jack combo and it was the worst!! So soggy and the lettuce looked like onions! Very small burger! I tried to put it in the toaster oven and that still didn't help. It was so mushy. I tried to finish bcuz this location usually is good but i couldnt do it.Late night food tastes better than daytime
