Only reason it’s getting a 2 star instead of a 1 on service is because the younger black guy who works at night is amazing! Quite, could speak a bit louder, but amazing. The rest are okay but this one guy looks late teens early 20s works during the day, I will sometimes do Uber Eats and pick up from there. We HAVE to see the order before verifying it and completing the pick up on the app. Dude refused to let me see the receipt on the bag. He had it sitting on top of their shelf until I did it on the app. Yeah, I ended up getting reported because they forgot something from the persons order and I WAS THE ONE BLAMED EVEN THOUGH THE BAG WAS STILL SEALED FROM THE RESTAURANT! This place is known for forgetting stuff. So no shock. I refuse to pick up from there again.

This is the first jack in the box I have ever been to that charged me for Buttermilk ranch sauce.. food was good
Why you have a restaurant that has supposedly 24hr and yet you show up at 3am for a meal and no one answer the drive through speaker, you go to the window and your getting signs saying it’s off and not working. There are two people there male not doing a damn thing with the head set and the lady working sweeping. If you cannot keep your place working correctly then shut down the place and don’t open it again until you properly train those lazy workers and ensure they know what it’s expected for a24hrs restaurant. Will definitely not waste my time or gas to go here again!

I would take pictures but on this particular review I was so disgusted at the service I received I just wanted to leave. This used to be my favorite Jack in the Box cuz it's the closest to my house and they were quick and had good portions on their food. I don't know what's happened I guess management has changed hands or something every morning I've been coming to this Jack in the Box for the last week or two and I have to bang on the windows for like 5 or 10 minutes before they'll open the lobby at like 7:00 even though it's supposed to be open at 6:00 a.m. this morning it took a particularly longer amount of time to get inside and then when I got inside the guy working the counter kept walking away and doing a couple of things and I've got tired of standing there and just left I'm going to drive all the way down to 249 and 1960 to get my Jack in the Box this morning because I was disgusted at the service I received I'm just tired of it
Terrible service! Placed an order for delivery, received my confirmation and driver’s name and #. After 20 min went by I got a text stating my order was cancelled, to call the store for more information or to place a new order. When calling to see why it was cancelled, no one picks up the store number although this location is 24hrs. I called 10 times and no one picked up! Im pregnant, and was expecting this order- got no food, no answer, and had to do a claim with my bank so my money can get returned asap into my account, which Jack in the Box failed to do!! Will never order from you again!! ?
