I don't know who the in the mornings running the operation but they are horrible. I was coming to pick up my order Elsa Alexander and they told me that I needed to come inside because of their timer that had nothing to do with me they were wrong for that and I still was missing my bacon on my burger every time I come here it's a problem with these people at night I don't have this problem during the morning I do with these people y'all need to get it together I'm too hungry for all that I spent $15 I could have went somewhere else

Terrible Jack in the Box location. I went through the drive-thru on November 9, 2025, at midnight, and the guy taking my order forgot one of my drinks. I told him I was missing a drink and he denied it, until he looked up at the order screen and then gave me my missing drink. He handed me my bags of food and I made the mistake of not checking the order. I drove home and my wife asked if I didn’t get my two eldest sons anything. I told her I ordered 4 Sourdough jacks, and then I realized there were only 2 sourdough jacks. I was also missing the fries that came with the combos, jalapeno cheese poppers and medium fries for a nugget meal combo. I returned to the Jack in the Box expecting to have my issues corrected, and instead the drive thru guy stated he gave me 3 sandwiches. I told him no, he gave me only 2. He became angry and started to yell and argue that he knew how many sandwiches he gave me. I told him that not only did he forget to give me 2 sandwiches, but also forgot the fries for the combo orders, jalapeno poppers and fries for a nugget combo. I reminded him he had forgotten my drink the first time I went through the drive thru and he yelled that we would give me my sandwiches so I could leave already. He then slammed the drive thru window shut, so I drove away. The employee had a terrible attitude, horrible customer service and I lost out on approximately $20 worth of food. I’m never returning to this location. This locations customer service is terrible, don’t waste money there.

These men that worked on Sunday in the morning are good men. 11/02/25. They obviously work hard and have good manners. That is very appreciated. Good job and keep up the good work. Please listen to the customer a little better. A request for one sauce packet literally means one sauce packet, not nine sauce packets. Please give receipts when getting cash orders, because it's bothersome to have to return for it. I should not have to pull up to the front of the store if no one is behind me. Your drive thru timer is your problem not mine. And for JIB corporate, this breakfast isn't worth nine dollars. Bring back breakfast deals. Give us back rewards on PC instead of just mobile app.

The curly fries are pretty good too. Also we got a burger on sale; it was pretty tasty too!

On two separate occasions I went to this Jack in the Box on Jones rd and was given a breakfast jack with molded eggs. The only reason I went back a second time is because I spoke with the manager the first time and I took it as an honest mistake and thought they would correct it and be more careful. Well, it happened again and when I went back (after work) the manager was very rude. Never eating here again.
