Jack in the Box

I just buy 10 tacos... And they was hard old and they didn't put cheese not even lettuce

I come to this Jack in the Box every morning at the same time—around 9:00 a.m.—and I order the exact same thing every single day without fail: two Breakfast Jacks. This is not a complicated or unusual order.

Today, it took over 15 minutes, and the food still wasn’t ready. What made this worse is that there was no sense of urgency at all. No rush, no explanation, no acknowledgment that this was taking an unreasonable amount of time. I eventually had to leave without my order.

I want to be very clear: I am normally very empathetic about service jobs. I’ve worked in this kind of environment before. I understand staffing issues, morning rushes, and how things can fall behind. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt.

But this was ridiculous.

When a customer who orders the same simple breakfast every day is left waiting 15 minutes with no communication and no urgency, that’s not a “bad morning”—that’s slow service and poor execution. At that point, it feels like standing in line while the clock keeps ticking and nobody’s even looking at it.

Consistency is the bare minimum for a fast-food restaurant, especially for a routine breakfast order. Today, that standard was not met at all.

My wife is pregnant and all she ever wanted in this world before going into labor was a jack in the box curly fries large and they gave her a large normal jack in the box fries instead. Now our baby is gonna come out angry and angry for the rest of his or her or their life (i dont judge) because my beautiful wife didnt get curly fries.

I had ordered some food and not one worker in the back cooking the food wanted to make my food because they said the order didn’t come through, but it clearly was shown by the Uber driver and now my $30 dollars are gone and when I asked for their names and they refuse to give me them right as well along as the manager‘s number so now this is the worst spot to order food from.

I had to go back to the counter & question the size of the meat on my Sourdough Jack. Appeared to be much more bread showing than usual. U see the cheese hadn't even melted. Not sure why they stopped buttering the bread on The Sourdough Jack! Now it's big dryazz toast! Cheese wasbt even melted! Curly fries werent even hot & i sat there & waited for them! Nothing like it used to be. But yeah, I cant wait ho get back & take a pic of the next one. Prices Up! Service Down!! & I ❤️ Jack in the Box! Some people's work ethic will help U understand, why the world is turning to AI.

Order tacos you can tell they just threw them back in the grease. Instead of mak8ng fresh. Tasted as if you were just eating grease. Watse of money very disappointed.

Couple homeless was hanging around inside, and even would go outside then back in. Noticed they were smoking a pipe out the front door visible to everyone.

Jack-in-the-Box has always been good but this location is horrible. Can’t speak on the other items on the menu but the chicken sandwich was gooey, and chewy I took two bites and could finish the rest. I’m already all the way down the highway so I can’t go back and I just wasted my money. Hopefully I don’t get sick because I’m not sure if that chicken patty wasn’t good. I’m extremely disappointed and still very very hungry. I have just wasted my money and hope I can somehow get a refund. I hope management reads this and tries the chicken sandwich to know what I’m talking about. The staff was normal. No complaints there. It was just the uneditable food.
