Just got served a cold spicy fried wrap ice cold in the middle how gross!

Rudest employees ever! Who would want to order from people being ugly as hell over the speaker. Will never come back to this place. If they don’t wanna deal with people find a new job for real.

Said they are 24 hour drive through but when I drove through they said they were closed ??

Love that I can count on this jack in the box location employees are always on point especially at night great customer service !!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. The employees are telling the customers that they are closed every night from 3am till 6am. What is going on here? These people are literally stealing hours from Jack in the Box every night. Currently, no deliveries are being received, they aren’t cleaning and the system isn’t down. What’s the excuse this time? I tried calling and they took the phone off the hook so they didn’t have to answer it. The employees are hiding and not answering the drive through. This location needs to be investigated. Tell me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the food service industry, customer service based? Whataburger is right around the corner and they seem happy to be employed. Someone do something about this shift, before you lose more customers to the competition.

Took a very long time with my mobile order but food was as expected

The night crew refuses to give you what you order. It doesn't make since. Even if you explain to them that your order is wrong they pretend like the are correcting it and still gives you the wrong order. It's crazy

I’m honestly pretty fed up with this location. I stop to the drive through and I order a number 26 with a Large Dr.Pepper and an additional hashbrown. They pass me the food bag and when they go to pass me the drink, I notice it’s a medium. I voice that and give it back and they just hand me another medium. I said forget it and drive away. Come to find out they didn’t even put in the extra hashbrown I paid for.

Only thing I like is the ultimate bacon, so far, But the bundle meal deal ain't bad for the price either

Stay away from this Jack in the Box, the employees dont care about their customers. The first time I went to this location my food was cold and the girl at the window was very unprofessional like i was taking her time away from i guess tiktok. The second time i ordered online and when i came for my food the same girl told they were out of the drink i ordered so i nicely told I take something else well got back to my job to enjoy my lunch but unfortunately the food wasn’t enjoyable, the chicken patty on my sandwich looked like they had dropped back in the oil or something but it look bad so i didn’t finish it and my fries were all over the bag, my tacos were cold to the touch and the drink tasted like she mixed something up. That evening i got sick and my doctor told me that it was food poisoning, that was the only thing i had for lunch so I never going back to this jack and i recommend anyone to go somewhere else unless you wanna end up very sick for 2 days. That lunch ended up costing me $120 doctor visit and meds.

They did not feel like taking my order in the drive thru so they told me they were only taking online orders, not knowing that my mom was in the car ahead of me and ordered through drive thru. Very poor service.

I only bought the curly fries at this location but they were great. And the staff was very friendly

Tiny tacos and egg rolls are great!

In the morning no one answers the speaker a car before me and I went around and saw a person inside but i guess they decided they weren’t working that day , need better workers around 5:00-6:00 am didn’t even tell us to leave wasted our break time
